The staffs came out to do the work were nice. The problem is the concept how the owners want to run their business. They are money eager, do not care about their customer at all. We have ground hogs under our front porch. Fist time set up was good, paid $206.70 to be exact, they caught one groundhog. After 10 days, we saw another one. We paid another $206.70 again while other business will only charge as a reset. So another 10 days past, caught nothing. The tomato they put in the cage as bait got rotten, attracted many insects flying around our front door that we couldn’t stand. So I called them ask them to take the trap away since I thought if the trap was set up right, and didn’t catch up anything after 10 days, then I might have seen it wrong, maybe the ground hog I saw doesn’t live there. Right after they picked up the trap cage, I saw the groundhog again in and out the same burrow. Which means their trap didn’t work! I called again ask if they can come back set the trap up for us without extra charge after we paid over $400 and the second trap caught nothing. The lady answer my phone said” no, we don’t do any work for free.” What do you mean by “ do work for free” after we paid over $400 and the ground hog is still there!!! They may think they did the right thing for their business. But I would suggest them to evaluate their work by the money they charged! And if they really provided the quality service and took care of the wild animal issue their customer have instead of keep thinking how much more they should dig into your pocket! I don’t agree their business ethics. I will never use their service agin and won’t recommend their service to anyone I know.

This morning Dave L from Patriot Pest Solutions came to our house to treat for ants in the kitchen. He was very professional and sprayed outside the entire perimeter of the house first. Patriot Pest Solutions offers professional and kind customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was eager to help me out and got me an appointment the same day. The service professional, Dave, came to help with a mice issue and he was extremely thorough and detailed in inspecting the exterior/interior of my home. He gave me tips on how to prevent mice in the future, informed me on the many ways a mouse can try to outsmart humans, he closed up holes that were visible and even ones I didn’t notice, placed really good baits wherever there was high activity from the mice, and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel he rushed through the process which made me comfortable and appreciative to the fact that it wasn’t just a job for him, he showed that he cared to help out. While he was here, he even took care of a hornets nest I had in my front yard. It was noticed last minute before he left and he took care of it immediately since I have a dog and children that play in the yard. Thanks to Dave and the company, I haven’t seen one mouse since that day. I’m happy to be on the Home Protection Plan because it gives me the peace of mind I need knowing they will service my needs whenever and it won’t cost me a lot of money. We had a bat in our house a couple nights ago, and Patriot came out today to do an assessment of the house to see if we had a population roosting in the attic. After a thorough and knowledgeable search of the outside and inside of the house, our inspector determined that there aren't bats living in the house (hooray!) or any entry points into the attic; he determined our bat visitor had squeezed into our vestibule through an old window that was open at the top a bit. The inspection was free, but invaluable! Thanks Patriot for a great experience and peace of mind.

I have to agree with the other reviews... the quality and service is outstanding. Our technician was Chris G. Chris took the time to educate and explain each step of the process. Favorite part: He dusted a huge hornets nest in full bee keeper suit to the applause of the neighbors. Then followed that up with a belly crawl maneuver in the grass to trap our vole problem.

His arrival window was 9-11am, but he arrived early @ 8:30am and did the entire outside inspection/treatment all before even ringing our doorbell or letting us know he was there! It was a nice surprise that half of the project was already done when he rang the bell at 9am. He was done everything by 9:45! Super helpful & educational along the way too! Dave was the pest control specialist dispatched to our home on Saturday, August 25 to remedy on ongoing ant problem in our kitchen and, less critically, advise on whether not we ave a wasp problem outside of a second floor bedroom. Tried taking care of a pest problem on my own and after a week figured I need a professional and after reviewing Patriot Pest Solutions figured it was the right company for me. Called and right away was amazed how nice Linda was on scheduling an appointment and helpful in answering my questions . A few months ago a black bird entered my bathroom fan pipe on the second floor and made a nest there. I do not see the bird now and perhaps it died inside because of the bad smell. I asked Patriot to fix the problem with removing the nest and put a cover. They priced $325+tax, which seems reasonable because I got a similar quote from Moyer. Because the previous 8 good reviews, I chose Patroit. However, they come and just have a one-second look from the outside and concluded there was no nest inside. They did not open it for a careful check at all ( a few days ago I did go into my attic to check the pipe and could feel the nest inside). Then they just put a $2 dirty used plastic cover and charged me total $345 and left. Yes, just put a $2 cover and charged $345 with less than 30 minutes work, the nest problem still remains. After a few days, I had to finish the problem they left myself. I did the majority of the job myself but they got paid.

Dave came by to assess a carpenter ant issue that I recently started noticing in the house and that two prior companies couldn’t prevent / eradicate. He did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the house, applied treatment, and told me exactly what I needed to do as a homeowner to also help prevent any future intrusion. The other companies were not nearly as comprehensive (inside the house, especially) or communicative. Dave was head and shoulders above other pest technicians from other companies who have serviced our house. I switched to this company for the monthly protection plan because the techinician was great and even the phone receptionists knew their pests enough to answer many of my questions while booking the appointment.

this is the worst place ever! I had them come out for roaches. i paid $230 and this lady named Linda told me the service is guaranteed. They came once and it did not work, we still see many roaches at night. I called again to tell them, and a new lady who messed up the schedule and booked me on the wrong date and I specifically took that day off and they didn't show up, turns out she booked it for the following week. ok, fine. so again, they came out and still did not work. I called them again to make another appt, and i took another half day to stay home for this appt, and they didnt show up so i called them again, the lady named Linda told me that she called me and left me an voice mail regarding charging me again if they had to come out, otherwise, they would not come out. since i didn't call her back, she cancelled my appt. I never ever got the phone call or voice mail from her. it was such a hassle to deal with them. Linda was not helpful, she did not apologize at all! I have to say this is the worst experience i ever had. I am out of $230 and i still got roaches in my house. not to mention the time i took off from work, and the time to move all of my kitchen stuff every time they come! I do not recommend this place at all!

I had this company out to my house for bat removal not only once but twice (only because the second time was covered-because it was only the next year) They apparently don’t know how to do their job correctly even after being given multiple opportunities. Definitely avoid this company for bat removal; unless of course you want them to come back every year!

We were searching for a pest control company because we had a bat problem. Other places that we called had service fees just for estimates, but when we called Patriot and spoke with Kim, she told us their estimates are free. She was very helpful and set up us quickly with an appointment for an inspection with Chad K. Kim sent us a confirmatory e-mail, with date and time of the appointment and a picture of the technician that would be helping us. Chad arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early, and got right to work. He examined the area where we were seeing the bat droppings and told us he didn't think they were getting inside. After a through inspection of the perimeter of our house and then an inside inspection to look at any crawl spaces, he was able to confirm that we weren't dealing with an infestation of bats. He told us it was probably just a rogue male bat that was roosting under our walkway. He told us the steps to take to deter the bat from roosting there, and his suggestions worked like a charm. Within a day or two, our bat problem was solved. Chad is not only a good technician, he is very knowledgeable and personable, and we enjoyed dealing with him. Our entire experience with the team from Patriot Pest Solutions was great. We learned a lot and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest problem.

Quick and very professional. We had a very bad infestation of bed bugs on our brand new tufted upholstered king headboard and upholstered adjustable base. Patriot recommended heat remediation. Their tech Chris came in next day, set up & ran all equipment for few hours, checking for cold spots with tech- plus sprayed too. Upon completion, I went up to carefully inspect tufted areas of headboard, including the velvet fabric folds and what little I found was dead. They also have a 30 days warranty. Very happy with service. Highly recommend Patriot and heat remediation treatment.

Dave did a nice job of explaining his method of treatment, how long it would take, the timeline for results and the estimated cost. He put his baits and spray in a variety of places...including a difficult to access area under our back deck which was filled with ants. The number of ants we have encountered has dropped dramatically since Dave was here...and he told us within 10 days the problem should be solved. The spotted lanternfly infestation is a real problem in our area. I had checked with some other services, but they didn't seem to know as much as I would have liked regarding how to treat the flies. Patriot is state-trained and state-certified, so we felt comfortable with them for this job. Chad was really helpful. He examined several trees, explained which ones were targets for the flies and where he saw infestation. Then he treated only the trees that needed it. He also explained what needed to be done going forward. We are pleased with the service and happy that we won't lose our trees to this invasive pest.

Extremely thorough and very informative. My son had been living in an apartment in Center City that became infested with bed bugs. Even though we were very cautious(washing all his clothes etc) he was terrified he may have brought them home. I called another exterminating company who came out and inspected. They found no sign of the bugs but talked me into a "preventative" treatment for a couple of hundred dollars. Fortunately my son thought that was suspicious and my maintenance man gave me the name of Patriot. They came out the next day and did a thorough inspection and found nothing. But the best part was they explained all about bed bugs.....where they start, how they multiply, where they move to once there is an infestation etc. They also said that a "preventative" treatment was a waste of money. I was really happy that I called them and would not hesitate to call them again for any pest problem.

We found Patriot Pest Solutions LLC online and gave them a call because we had a wasp problem. Our technician, Dane, was punctual and very polite. After inspecting our home, he explained the issue as well as his plan. He was very thorough and answered any questions that I had beforehand. If you have bed bugs do not use this company..they insisted on heat treating my house claiming its the best way and most expensive obviously i would be bed bug free...FAILED!! they returned over and over only after having to call everytime spraying different rooms and almost year later still have bed bugs..they heat treated only 2 rooms and sprayed 2 rooms and left half the house untreated claiming they dont travel room to room..well we have those magical bed bugs..so much money blown after paying them and replacing beds and frames over and over...unbelievable and sick over whole situation.....

I cannot say enough GOOD about Patriot Pests and Chad and James. I have had my family house for 50 years and a little over a year ago woke up one morning with bites. It was a problem that was not solved until Chad from Patriot came out to my house. I have literally been evicted by creatures that I could not see. These critters that were bitting me fit what one would think to be Bed Bug bites as the bites were always in a line. I have another residence and was only in my family house 8 days of the month which made the mystery all that more difficult to solve. James could not have been nice as was Karen and Linda. I have had a number of pests companies come out and they said that I did not have Bed Bugs but that is where it ended. When Chad came out he listened carefully to my history, looked at my bugs, photos of my bites and,inspected my entire house. He hit the nail on the head and,told nme what to do. NOBODY IS BETTER THAN PATRIOT AND AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PESTS PROBLEM THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT YOU SHOULD TRUST. THANK YOU CHAD, JAMES AND KAREN AND LINDA. THERE IS NO BETTER PEST COMPANY OUT THERE.
