Absolutely love this company! We are new customers, but already customers for life! Wonderful customer service, respectful technicians, and budget friendly too! We moved into our new house this past winter with a bigger yard for our kids to play. However, this summer has been a battle between my kids and the mosquitos. We decided enough is enough and set up an appointment for Mosquito Authority to come. The customer service rep was absolutely amazing! She explained all our options, listened to my concerns (including if treatments would hurt the wild rabbits that we see in our yard from time to time), and answered all of my concerned mom questions with the patience of a saint! We had our first treatment the same week I made the call, and we were able to tell a difference that same day! My 9 year old even commented she didn’t have to swat at bugs as we were watering our garden! Even more amazingly was that our customer service rep called us within a week of our first treatment to check in on how everything went. Now that’s service you don’t get these days!! Today is the day of our second treatment, and the service tech came to the door to see if we had any questions before he started. This will be my third year with The Mosquito Authority and I couldn't ask for better coverage or customer service! The company is family owned and operated with heavy emphasis on customer satisfaction. The only time I ever had to call was to reschedule a treatment to an earlier date so that it would not conflict with a party i was having at the house. I spoke directly to Jessie (shes part of the family) with no wait, she was able to reschedule with no problems and was a pleasure to speak with! I have used other pest control companies in the past but I don't like how they always try to sell you on termit control and roach control and all kinds of services that you don't need! The Mosquito Authority only sprays for mosquitos and from what I understand their mixture is very mild, safe for children and even safe for pregnant women!

At first I was very skeptical but after a few treatments my wife drug me on one of her nightly walks and we were getting ate alive since we live in the sticks. UNREAL! I used Mosquito Authority for the first time last year and was AMAZED with the results. My wife was pregnant last summer and with the threat of Zika we gave them a try. I cant tell you how amazing it was to be able to enjoy our deck during the summer without the worry of being bitten or even worse getting sick from a mosquito bite. We live in a wooded area and ever since I've had their service I've only had one problem and when I called they were right back the next day taking care of it.
