These guys are the best. We had a pest situation that came out of nowhere, and after speaking with several companies, we took the advice of a family member and reached out to McKell's. Out of all of the groups we spoke to, McKell's was the most professional and personable. He really took the time to dig deeper and find the problem, explained everything to us without being "salesy" or trying to scare us into a large contract for future services, etc. He has been back several times since then to check up on us and has even called a few times to make sure the situation was handled to our satisfaction. If you have a pest problem, call these guys. A++

My husband and I bought our first home only to happen upon a hoard of swarming termites 3 days after we moved in! I panicked and googled local pest control companies. Other companies told me they could do an inspection in 2 days, but McKell's was at my door only 2 1/2 hours later for an inspection! Rain delayed the treatment, but McKell's worked with my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that the products used did not limit our children from being able to play outside after they treated our soil and there was no mess inside our home for me to clean up. I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly and professional service I received and will definitely call them again if I have any other pest problems. This is our first year as customers of McKell's Termite & Pest Control. Last summer (and the one before that) I tried to contain an Ant problem with no luck, at least, the problem of ants wasn't truly fixed (it would be better for a few days/weeks, and then they'd come back). I had my home treated in the beginning of April and again 2 weeks later. Haven't seen one ant in the kitchen since. Pest management. I asked and McKell talked about his approach... it was like taking a free science class! (we both loved bugs as kids. *and still do) Finally, I would be remiss to not mention great customer service -- I recall how I promptly received an email reply after I went to the website, and used the email address listed... we scheduled appt. by phone (and over a few quick email exchanges) all with ease. On time for both visits. Again, results and the level of professionalism are why I give McKell's 5 Stars.

With last minute notice they came in and performed a top notch treatment to the property. The issue arose and was settled within 24 hours!!! Melissa at the office was SUPER friendly and helpful.
