We had a mouse problem and Harpoon Pest Solutions has been wonderful! They set traps the first day, came back one week later to check the traps and told us to call if and when the traps caught anything. We called back today when we came home to a mouse in a trap. Austin, who we have been working with since the beginning, was here within 30 minutes to take care of it. I am SO impressed with their customer service, friendliness and quality of care.

We had a mice problem in our apartment building. He recommended exactly where to put the traps and the bait. Also before calling Quincy we had laid our own traps with no success. Within a week tops all the mice had eaten all the bait and/or been caught! I wouldn't think twice about going with another exterminator, period.

Quincy answered all my questions about the pesticides, alleviating my concerns about exposure to my family. They also came back for a second treatment to make sure the problem was took care of. My mom had an infestation for about 3 years no problem for Harpoon took care of her property as well.
