My wife and I are not happy about their initial service. The technician said he would remove spider webs and a bird nest before I signed the service agreement. But he just sprayed around and missed those spider webs and the bird nest. So I need cancel the agreement and pay $150 early termination fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE

I would like to give them ZERO STARS but that was not an option. The technician was at our house for ten minutes. He wiped some cobwebs away and sprayed an ant hole. We later found he missed 3 bee and wasp nests. My husband later saw him sleeping in his parked truck on the walking path in our community. My husband called Matt and explained the situation. He refused to waive the the $150 cancellation fee. Do not use this service that comes around door to door. It was a lesson learned for us. People need to learn how unprofessional they are. They shouldn't even have been knocking on doors in our neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a no solicitation policy that is noted at the entrance.

Two months ago the negatives started at our first visit when we were we given the incorrect time and then forced to reschedule, thus having to wait an additional week because of their own mess up. Eventually the technician came and set bait traps and sealed the mice out. The technician told us he would definitely be able to come back and just to call to make an appointment. This ended up being much more difficult than expected consisting of several calls with a rude phone associate giving us extremely inconvenient time slots. A technician finally came a second time and it appeared we were all set and prepared to be mouse free for the winter. Fast forward to last week and in the middle of the day a mouse runs across our floor. I was extremely upset seeing as Green Pest solutions supposedly came 1 WEEK PRIOR to do a “thorough” routine check outside to prevent this very thing from happening. We called that instant and were told we would receive a “complimentary” visit from a technician. I don’t call something I paid for 2 months ago “complimentary”. Again we were given very few and inconvenient day time slots for the following week. A technician came last week and yet I am sitting here listening to mice crawl up my wall as I type this. The time is takes to even get an appointment and the fact that I still have mice in my house in unacceptable after 2 months of paying a pretty penny.this is unacceptable. I expect to get results for a service I pay for.

Disappointed with the service. To get business the company associate found spots around my house that needed treatment- wasp hives, ants and spiders. Once I agreed for their service - the person who actually did the service said she covered all the spots. I couldn’t walk around with her outside the house. A day later when I checked my deck the wasp hives which the first guy found- were still there. They say for the follow up services we don’t have to be home. But with this experience I can imagine what treatment they would do without the customer being present. I called the manager to mention this- he said he’ll send someone. No one has come, nor did I receive any call that someone would come another day. Bad customer service. I will be canceling the remaining treatments signed up for the rest of the year

I signed a contract with the person that was walking around my neighborhood evaluating houses. When I asked about termites he said it would be no charge under the contract I was signing, but it would just be a separate treatment. Well I just found termites in my wood pile, and guess what? It's a separate charge on top of what I signed up for. Better train your salespeople.

Reasonably priced pest control that doesn't endanger anything but the pests. I live next to "open" space in my subdivision. Some of that nature likes to migrate. Green Pest keeps them in check w/o the chemicals I need to protect myself from. You usually get the same tech each visit. A very nice touch.

Green Pest Control has been treating our house quarterly for several years. Their communication is very good, and since we've been using their service, we have had no pest issues. They even eliminated some aggressive wasps, which was the reason we originally called them. Technicians are professional and diligent. They offer to treat indoors every time, and we've had them in a couple of times for minor issues or questions. Their promise is to come out between services if you have a problem, but so far we haven't needed the extra service. No complaints!

The lady who actually did the application was not thorough. In the garage she only applied solution to the entrance and I only found out when I asked her how she got to the areas that had items against the wall? She did not ask me to move anything and just applied it where there was space. My drapes inside are ceiling to floor so she skipped areas where the drapes were on the floor. She didn’t ask us to move anything. I would rather she didn’t come back for future applications. The gentleman on the other hand was great.

I only signed up for one year and NO ONE ever verbally disclosed that you have to submit a cancellation 30 days prior to an automatic renewal of services. The “manager” that answered the phone kept reading the language in the contract and informed me that it’s to cover their butts because they have customers that call and cuss them out about their service and then contact them a month later to initiate service again. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT MY PROBLEM WHAT OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE DONE? A customer should be able to call and cancel over the phone. Not to mention, anytime I tried to speak, she talked over me/cut me off and continued to refer to the contract language. I started to raise my voice so she would ACTUALLY LISTEN TO ME and let me get a word in and she had that flipping audacity to BLAME ME for raising my voice so she’d actually listen to what I was trying to say. If she truly is a manager, she needs to be fired. That is NOT ANY WAY to go about treating customers....PERIOD. I also loved her comment about how she doesn’t want to deal with being cussed at or yelled at at 9am on a Friday. I never once said a cuss word and I only raised my voice because she didn’t want to listen to me. NEVER AGAIN!

This company is relentless. Recently an employee solicited while I was feeding my baby. This individual was acting very pushy, going so far as to ask me to call my husband (who was on a work trip in Chicago) so he could talk to HIM about the two types of insects for which “they” (no one else was with him) were treating other homes in the neighborhood. He pushed and kept saying this was the only day to get a discount, although interestingly, when I asked for his business card so I could call later—he didn’t have one—nor did he wear any type of identification. At this point I became uncomfortable and said no again (multiple times), that I would not call my husband and and interrupt him during his meetings. He kept pushing. I asked him to leave, which he did, and he walked straight across our front lawn like we were familiar—just on to the next house. I really hope “they” don’t visit our neighborhood again.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me. Tried to cancel for my dad, they wouldn’t let me. Their customer service is absolutely horrible on the phone, she yelled at me. Said I was threatening her. It’s just a whole lot to have to worry about if you just want to discontinue.

This company is relentless. Recently an employee solicited while I was feeding my baby. This individual was acting very pushy, going so far as to ask me to call my husband (who was on a work trip in Chicago) so he could talk to HIM about the two types of insects for which “they” (no one else was with him) were treating other homes in the neighborhood. He pushed and kept saying this was the only day to get a discount, although interestingly, when I asked for his business card so I could call later—he didn’t have one—nor did he wear any type of identification. At this point I became uncomfortable and said no again (multiple times), that I would not call my husband and and interrupt him during his meetings. He kept pushing. I asked him to leave, which he did, and he walked straight across our front lawn like we were familiar—just on to the next house. I really hope “they” don’t visit our neighborhood again.

Nice service, flexible and I was able to call anytime to schedule a service in between and on the service day you can request for additional things. They have a 30 day notice, though.

I was told by the salesman my crawl space would also be included in the treatment, but the Technician said she was not allowed to go in the crawl space. The Tech said she treated the crawl space through the opening, how can this be an affective treatment without going in the crawl space?
