If you were ever diagnosed with a serious disease that you never thought you could have because you do everything right you would know how it feels: first comes denial, then panic, then you start looking for the best professional specializing in your condition that may give you hope and cure. While my situation was not about my health, I went through exactly the same feelings when I was told that my beautiful vacation home that I rent out sometimes may have BED BUGs. After doing extensive research, I turned to the best professional that I could find: Extreme Heat Pest Control. My first point of contact was Kurt Herring. Its been a while since I had a person representing a company that was as responsive, diligent, professional and simply nice as was Kurt. He immediately responded to all my emails and phone calls, he moved around his schedule to meet my tight timeline, he answered every question I had, and he supported me through the whole process. Because of my work schedule I could not come to the house to prepare it for the treatment so the company professionals, Michele and Brian, did all the preparation for me. When the treatment was over they did the clean up for me. One more amazing thing about this company that I thought does not exist anymore on our planet: they do not try to rip you off, they stand behind their work, and they come back for free within the guaranteed period of time if necessary. After my experience with Extreme Heat Pest Control the lesson I learned: do not panic, it is not your fault, there is cure! The only thing that is left to say is THANK YOU.

They make it impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. If you want to talk to a call center with no one who can give you any useful information, this is the place to contact. I called twice to have someone come out to me locally and no return call. Missed the return call, called back and was re-routed to the call center. How useless is that? Makes me wonder if the actual service is even worthwhile. Thanks for nothing.

He even offered to help us if we had questions in the future even if we're never hired them for an issue. Amazing company and even better customer service.

Actual service was very good. But, they have a tendency to not show up on time or they will reschedule at the last minute. Very frustrating when you jump through hoops to be up early for them. Brian, was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done prior to treatment. I most definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to eradicate these pesky intruders.
