I was in need of a exterminator to handle a situation regarding mice entering my Mom’s home. This is the first time I have needed to find a exterminator so I googled and found EcoArmour Pest Company. Kevin took my call immediately. I explained the situation, and also I live in NJ while my Mom is in DOVER, De. Kevin is the owner of EcoArmour and he earned my confidence and respect!! He was extremely accommodating, a fast responder, he did a great job explaining to us how he was going to do the job and the results have been quick and we are very satisfied. He provided a comprehensive report of the services he performed . That is very important to me. EcoArmour Pest Company has a terrific website too. What I like most about Kevin also is he is friendly, respectful, and genuine. I have dealt with many fast talkers and contractors who were not personable or thoughtful about providing quality service. Kevin is not like that. A true gentleman and a shake your hand type of guy. His price was more than right and we are very pleased that we found him. I would highly recommend EcoArmour for their QUALITY WORK AND EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. If you have a pest problem I highly recommend Kevin, 1st class!

Eco Armour is the only company I would recommend. Kevin was the only one who returned my call over the Memorial Day weekend and even did so at 10:00 at night. Ehrlich made promises and lived up to none of them and would not help. Others would not return a call until Tuesday morning. Kevin was the only one who did and put my mind at ease. He said he would come out Sunday and did so at exactly the time he said. I had a major bird issue and the odor was unbearable. Kevin took care of the problem when no one else would. Great, prompt and reliable service. Save yourself time and make one call and your problem will be solved quickly and effectively.

We had a zillion ants when K came to service our home. Like horrible. He was super helpful & efficient in eradicating them within a 2 week time frame. They have not returned months later & we have even been able to have the sliders & windows open without worry. This is a huge relief. We have upped our pest control to now include several other types of pests...termites, carpenter bees & mosquitos. Thank you for all your help!

Great customer service...and I'm not even a customer! Found some insects in my basement and sent an e-mail to potentially have the company come to the house to assess. I expected the usual "we'll come out and take a look, you need expensive service, here sign this." To the contrary, I received an almost immediate response from the owner giving me advice on what the pests might be, sharing a USDA website to confirm our suspicions, and beginning the discussion on how to get rid of them. All, by the way, without trying to sell me anything. And on a Sunday no less! The impression I'm left with is this is a company that is interested in helping folks and building good relationships; once you trust them, you're more willing/likely to do business with them. This is certainly the kind of personal service I look for in a provider. As I told the owner after thanking him for the exceptional response, I'll be in touch with EcoArmour whenever I need pests controlled in and around my home. FWIW, I don't know anyone involved with the company, have never done business with the company, and I have received nothing but good advice from the company. They have, however, earned my business going forward.

In the past, we couldn’t have any open containers (cereal, etc) without them being invaded shortly after with ants. Now we don’t have to worry about that. Overall, this service is well worth the price. I paid higher prices for the mosquito treatment alone. I recommend this service to everyone with a pest problem.

He stuck to the number he quoted even though he had to come out 5 days in a row. Kevin, the gentleman that came out was very patient and understanding with me, my daughter was terrified. He got the job done and I actually had to call him back because there was actually more than one. He came right back out with no problem and took care of it quickly and he was very professional. Great amazing awesome and very prompt service. Prior to eco-armor coming out we had wasps bees and general bugs everywhere. We were pretty much scared to go outside and my youngest daughter got stung multiple times. We tried all the off the shelf solutions and nothing worked. It’s now been about two weeks since our first service and haven’t seen a wasp yet and there’s no more bugs in our house for the most part. We did have ants coming in and I called and they came out within 3 hours and did a through treatment to get rid of the ants. Very friendly personable and friendly service looking forward to keeping the service going.
