We went away and came home to a mouse infestation. Critter Control was very helpful. They came to assess the situation then came back today to do cleanup. They checked everything in the garage, cleaned and disinfected items that were contaminated and hauled away what couldn't be salvaged. Louis was very thorough, pleasant and helpful. They have come before when we had gophers. All my dealings with Critter Control have been professional and excellent. I recommend them.

Curt came out and did an incredible job at our house. He is so thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us a detailed list and took the time to talk about everything we were going to get fixed up at our house. We asked many questions and not once did he make us feel dumb or naive for asking. Plus, he quoted us 5 TIMES LESS than a competing company and he spent 5 times as long with us at the inspection alone. Definitely recommend using Critter Control over anyone else.

Always very professional. Exceeds expectations. Noticed I had an empty wasp nest at the front of the house as well as live wasps. Knocked down the old wasp nest, killed the live wasps and sprayed around the windows in front of the house with special targeted pesticide. Also found an entry point into the house on the patio in the backyard, possible mouse. Laid down a couple of traps.

These guys were great! On time, email communication for all tasks, great phone customer service as well. Caught three in just a few days! Only reason only 4 stars is its a little expensive. But when you have this problem it ends up being worth it. No more smell!

Daniel was great and very friendly! It was also great to talk with Daniel about mice and their behavior . I learned a lot from Daniel. He was also friendly with our dog despite the dog's attempts of stealing attention away from the job at hand. Daniel was also good at exploring different follow up solutions and the different costs -- and while doing so, Daniel was able to talk about different levels of humane responses in respect to different solutions. We had a problem with an animal digging under our shed. We tried everything we could to get rid of it, but were not successful. We finally had enough. We called Critter Control. They came out on a Monday. The next morning we saw that a skunk had been trapped. We could not believe how fast they caught this animal that had taken over shed/backyard. We are very happy with Critter Control. We will always go to them anytime we have a critter problem. Thank you Critter Control and your Great staff!

We called Critter Control because we had some squirrels on the property. Brian arrived promptly and professionally set up 4 traps. Within a couple of days one squirrel was trapped and taken away to a new abode. Then the next day another was trapped. I called Amanda and Ben came out to take this squirrel away to a new location. I found Amanda, Brain and Ben all to be very helpful, understanding, friendly and very professional. I would strongly recommend Critter Control in Albuquerque, excellent company and staff!

Dan Lee did a great job. All our canales are now sealed, our dryer vent is no longer clogged with lint, and all our other cents are sealed, entry points around the garage door are sealed, and Dan even took the leaves off our roof! Excellent job!

Critter control guy came to my home for squirrels. Then he disappeared and I didn't hear from him anymore. Plus he didn't even seal the holes where the squirrels were coming. I had to contact him to see if he was going to finish the job. Then he had to come back reset the traps and start again. Then he sends me a $600 bill. He was very nasty on the phone when we started he didn't deserve $600 because he never finished the job, we had to call you to finish the job. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience for my first time.

Hi- i’d Like to submit a complaint. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received from Critter Control. Technician John visited my home to check out a sound I heard coming from my ceiling. A very loud scratching/clawing sound. John showed up the same day and was very nice. He walked around the exterior of my home and said there is no way that something could get in. Dismissed my concern that something was up there. He checked out my attic and said that he found evidence of mice. Because of this, I signed up for a year long contract and paid $200 down. John set 2 black boxes in my back yard and said he would be back out within a week to place 2 more boxes, and set traps inside. This was April 11th. I paid for this down payment with a credit card that I rarely use. 15 minutes after John left my home, I get an email from my credit card company that my account was locked from too many log in attempts. Not saying it was John as I cannot prove it, but it did not sit well with me. He also assured me that the contract would be emailed to me. I am not able to access the contract via the link sent to me. The night that John left my home, I heard the noise again, took a video and sent it to him via text. He said he would check it out when he comes back out. I have not heard from him since. I texted him on Friday, and asked when he would be coming back out. He said he was looking at this past weekend. Weekend came and went and no contact from John. I am completely displeased with this service and would not recommend this company to anyone. My concerns were dismissed even with video proof and my problems have not been addressed as promised.

Had a baby squirrel lodged In a brick bbq firebox. Justin came out promptly but the little guy had escaped on his own. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly. Will use them again if needed.

My new lawn got attacked by raccoons, so I called CRITTER CONTROL to put traps out. Okay, they’ll set traps for 5 days for $150, then cart away any raccoons for an additional $85 each. I called them on a Wednesday morning, and they did come out Thursday to set 2 traps. No raccoons. They came back on Friday morning to close the traps – because they don’t cart away animals over the weekend. Huh?? Did they tell the raccoons not to invade my lawn on weekends? On Monday – not on Sunday - they came and reset the traps. Then on Wednesday they took the traps away. So I paid them to set traps for 5 days, but the traps were only set for Thursday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Now isn’t that just wonderful??? What a Total Waste of Money! Buyer Beware!!

He is extremely professional and he is a "gem." He calls when he is on his way and he is able to answer our questions on how to handle any of the pests we've had, i.e. mice, centipedes, pack rats, spiders, ants, and wasps.
