We found a cockroach in our kitchen one morning and usually if you see one there is more. So we called up Brownco who got back to us pretty quickly. We were happy to hear that there was no observed activity in the home. Dan gave us options of treating as a preventative measure for a reasonable price or just leaving traps and monitoring the activity and calling them back and just calling this an inspection. We chose the latter and were impressed with the honesty because we were prepared to pay. The all around friendliness of all staff and Dan were a delight. Thanks you guys
