Wanted to share how great this company is especially John Kerr. He was doing our termite treatment in our community and I waved him down as he was driving out...I was home by myself waiting for my daughter to get off the bus and out comes a snake from my front bush! They do not handle snakes but without hesitation John removed the snake for me. Not only that he explained he will be back to install bates in the ground that are not toxic and even showed me an example so I would know what to expect. I contacted Bennett Termite because I had become friends with the Bennett family. After sharing my concerns with them, Dean and Tom came to our home and gave us a very thorough inspection. Termites were not found, however, a serious moisture problem was discovered that was already beginning to cause issues in our crawl space. The very next day, a team showed up and began removing the old insulation. A phone call preceded each visit, which gave us time to plan and make preparations as needed. In a friendly gesture and completely unexpected, one worker took the time to save some of our plants that otherwise would have been destroyed during the spraying process. All subcontractors were extremely polite and informative. A full encapsulation was done. Within an hour of leaving, an inspector was sent to give a final analysis and make sure all of our questions were answered, including warrantees. He made sure that we were pleased with all of the finished work. We would highly recommend any homeowner or business to take advantage of the courtesy and professionalism extended to my family from Bennett Termite!

I would like to share my experience with Bennett company. I first contacted Bennett to have them to do a termite treatment. I found out that the treatment/chemical that was used for home inspection/settlement, would only be effective for a year.House was treated and it’s checked once a year for termites. I then contacted Bennett when I started having trouble with ants. They came out treated for ants. Good results no problem with ants. This year 2019 when Bennett’ tech Troy Hall came out to do termite inspection he found that my crawl space encapsulation was failing. I had this encapsulation installed by another local company. That company insisted that I only needed one sump pump and no dehumidifier. I asked more than once are you sure that the crawl space should have another sump pump on the other side of house. No No No No! Well guess what? According to Bennett I needed a second sump pump. They also suggested that I should install a dehumidifier to get the humidity in check. At the same time I was having a fence installed on my property. I told Troy that I would be contacting him as soon as fence was finished. I did have the original company that had installed the encapsulation to look at crawl space. They did now recommend another sump pump on back side of house. This would be done at my cost, and no mention of repairing damage that had been done by that company’s incompetence. It was what I thought was a inflated price. I just did not want to pay more money to company that had not done the initial job correctly. I thought the price that Bennett quoted was fair and less costly than other quotes. I TRUSTED BENNETT! I can not say enough about how well I was treated by Bennett. Starting with Troy Hall who was courteous enough to tell me I had a failing encapsulation. He was honest, courteous, reliable. He made sure I knew what they were going to do to correct situation.I was always called and made aware of who was coming to work and what they would be doing. Many phone calls/text messages were made on Troy Hall’s own time. I know this is a lengthy review. I thought i needed to give some background on my history with Bennett. Entire staff had always been friendly, professional and prompt with questions, service. Thanks Bennett Wish I could give Bennett 10 stars

Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions is an amazing company! Very professional staff and you don’t feel like you’re just another number to them as you do with many companies. You will not be disappointed when you call them. Bedbugs. I wish I had called Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions first during this situation. They are fairly priced and everything would have been taken care of so much faster had I just done a better job of researching companies. I certainly wouldn’t of had to live in fear for more than a month. My family stayed at an upscale hotel at the end of June and after a few nights I had a couple of large welts on my stomach. I had already checked the bed and all areas of the room when we arrived and didn’t see any bugs but was unable to see behind the headboard of the bed. Throughout the day that we traveled home, I realized I had more bites than I originally realized. After trying to speak with the hotel about this, they said they would definitely have that room checked but would not admit to having bedbugs. Once we got home we followed the suggestions given if you think you’ve been somewhere with bedbugs. Somehow though, a few got through. I first called a well known pest control company. They came out, went through the entire house and found nothing. They said they can’t treat if they don’t see anything. I was told to wait a week and see if we got anymore bites. That week, I started noticing what looked like little black pepper flakes on my skin and on my kids. I then did get some bites. My husband does not get bitten or at least shows no signs of having any bites. Called the company back. They said they would put me on the schedule for their first available but that was still the following week and that I had to complete a laundry list of items before they would treat. They would do three chemical treatments total, one treatment a week. When they came out to treat, sure enough they saw live bed bug activity in the master bedroom but said it was a small infestation and that they saw nothing in the rest of the house. I was made to feel like I needed to stay in that room so they would not venture out to the rest of the house. I was still getting bites. Both the second and third time they saw no live bed bug activity but I was still getting bites in between each treatment. So after the third treatment I still felt uneasy and started doing some more research and found Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions. I called them and they put me in touch with Dean right away. I don’t know if he could just hear the fear in my voice but he was at our house the next morning! We talked about everything, came up with a plan and I felt so much better with Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions after being in communication with them for only one day then I ever did with the other company. Dean got us on the schedule to heat treat our house and the list of things they ask you to do beforehand is so much easier to take care of then the laundry list of items the first company we called made us complete. Once our house was heat treated, the next day, the dog they use that can sniff out bed bugs came out and cleared the house. We have now been bed bug free for a little more than a month and a half and it is such a great feeling to know the bed bugs are gone. I would use them for any pest control problem. To Dean and the staff at Bennett Termite & Pest Solutions, thank you for being so kind and for getting rid of our bed bug problem!

We brought back bed bugs from a family trip in June of 2018. We contacted a local treatment company who suggested chemical over heat to get rid of the bugs. Two treatments and months later, we still had bed bugs. We were beside ourselves on what to do since the other company made us think heat wouldn't be as effective and would be a big pain. We are glad we looked elsewhere. February 2019 - The heat treatment was actually much easier to prepare for and handle leaving for. Dean and the guys from Bennett were easy to communicate with, punctual, did a thorough and clean job. After the treatment we found the bed bugs, dead!! We never found dead bugs after the chemical treatments. We opted for the canine inspection just for added piece of mind, which was all good, and we are starting to feel comfortable being in our own bedroom again. Dean Bennett and his company are amazing!!!! We recently had a brief but potentially disastrous swarmer event at our restaurant in Lewes. Our landlord was not as responsive as needed to ensure a minimal impact to our customers and our reputation. After calling Bennett’s at 4pm on a Saturday, the owner himself, Dean Bennett called personally, dropped everything and he and his team of professionals were at our restaurant at 7AM Sunday morning!!!!! Now how about that for service??? Amazing. After a thorough and extremely comprehensive treatment, we were given a complete debrief as to what to expect and his confidence that the expansive treatment was successful and should eradicate the issue.
