Art came out to my house to spray. I had been having a problem with spiders, ants, and water bugs. I had several questions about the service, and he was knowledgable and friendly, and took the time to answer them all before getting started. The price for the quarterly sevice is very reasonable, and easy to cancel if I needed to, but I wouldn’t want to! It took about two weeks after spraying to notice all of my pests are gone, finally. I was told that it could take a few weeks for everything to start working, so there were no surprises there. All in all, I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, have great sevice, and well within most people’s budgets.

I can't give their service a raiting, because they never showed up. I called, Monday July 3rd. Because of the holiday, they would be out around 2pm July 5th. I made sure to have my pets kenneled and my daughter and I ready. Nothing! Tried calling, no one answered. The 6th, "maybe I got the day wrong". Nope. So, F them, I'll go spend my money somewhere else for this issue, that would have taken them less than 30 minuets to do!

We had ants taking over our front yard and starting to creep into the house. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The Advantage Team was very professional and pretty quick in treating the house. The technician explained what he was doing, what kinds of chemicals he was using, and what we could expect. So far, we haven't seen any new ant mounds. We definitely recommend them!

The guys who came out to treat my home gave me great advice on prevention as well as treatment. They were polite and very knowledgeable. They never tried to pressure me into any kind of treatment plan but gave me all the options. I also had some other work being done on the house and they couldn't provide all of the treatment in one service. They came back out and finished the treatment with no additional cost and worked with my schedule. I am now set up for bi-monthly treatment with them. Excellent!

We were initially using a different pest company that we were not satisfied with but saw that there were great reviews for Advantage so why not? "Cricket" (Jeremy) came and treated our first time and although there are less bugs/critters after 2 months, there are still a few lingering. He was awesome, personable and explained thoroughly. Let's hope the second treatment gets the ones wanting to be a "pest" to us.
