The WORST Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. Three calls, three messages and not one return phone call. When we finally got in touch with someone they claimed someone called us back. Nobody called back. There were no missed calls and no voice messages. I would go with Legionnaire in Elkton. They were here same day, did EVERY room of the house, (APM didn’t) AND they charge 1/3 less than APM.

so little over an hour after my home's fist treatment we walk out the front door and there lay dead a big honkin centipede… my service contractor told me he had seen a few in the garage but till now I had now been privileged to see this pest on my property.. Tell ME now was i Not suspicious of a "plant" on the part of APM? But seriously, it was just like they told me- they bombed the joint and shortly all kinds of insects came into sight and, expired. I am So glad I surrendered my futile attempts to the pros! unfortunately they were not able to get the population under control.

I called this residential pest control company when I needed a bee removal service because I see their ads around town and they keep winning the vote of readers at the Cecil Whig every year. Well, I can now see why - they were totally professional, courteous and helpful. After that first meeting, I kept calling them for all of my pest and termite control needs, like when I needed bed bug control, rodent removal, cockroach control .. assistance with any kind of pest or insect. When my friend was looking for a commercial pest control company, I recommended Advanced Pest Management. They certainly have my vote!
