I absolutely love them. They are always so friendly and helpful. I'm on my second year with them to keep mice under control. Whenever there is an issue (there will always be a stray mouse every so often that finds its way into the house) they come back promptly to take care of it. And I will ALWAYS recommend their services. If I have one thing on the con side to say it would just be that I wish they would offer discounts/deals for loyal customers and not just for new ones. I received a small discount when I paid my first year up front, but did not get any when I paid for my second year up front. But that is literally my only criticism. Otherwise I love them!

They protect my home from termites, mice, and ants — the latter being a major problem before they stepped in. With seasonal treatments, though, that problem has ceased to exist. Their technicians are good about avoiding my bird feeding area in the back of my property, something I requested as I have many bird feeders clustered in one fenced area. All in all, they provide an excellent service that really works. I would recommend them to anyone in our coastal area.

Long story short...Make sure you get everything in writing. Don't take tech's word because Darin will harass you non stop. Paperwork stated $245 for 1x treatment, I paid $250 and they are saying I still owe $50. Wish I never called them!

We would have gone with 5 stars instead of 4, but we believe a convenience fee should not be charged for paying bills online.
