Lenny took care of squirrels twice a few years apart in my older house in New Haven and did a wonderful and completely professional job. He will use humane traps if requested/possible and release. I had no idea what the "critters in my walls" were. I just knew there was something in there. He was able to determine the issue and how to remove them and prevent them from accessing the same entryways again (of course, they can always make new ones if they're determined to do so). Very reasonable cost and he's an extremely pleasant person as well. Thanks, Lenny!

Problem solved. The job was done and it was done right. He was thorough and made sure the critters were no longer a problem. On top of it all, he's a very nice guy. I'm thankful I chose his service.
