If I could give them zero stars I would. I contact KEA Pest Control for an issue I was having with a woodpecker pecking at my house. I was informed that I would have to pay twenty-five (25) dollars for coming out to my property. On their website/webpage it clearly states “Free Inspection and Quote.” Misleading to say the least. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere... I DEFINITELY stated that my issue involved a woodpecker, even if I hadn’t. As a “pest control company” the receptionist who answered the phone should ask what type of pest issue I was having. As far asking what was the cost was you are absolutely correct. However, that doesn’t negate the fact your company wants to charge a fee. Also that the website intents to mislead potential customers....
