We’ve been having a huge issue with carpenter bees I contacted integrity pest control spoke with Adam and he came out the very next day. I wasn’t able to be home for the treatment, but Adam did leave something in my door & something in my yard to show he treated. I went to my back porch to see if any difference in the carpenter bees, I immediately notice just 2 bees. Normally it’s about 9 to 10 or more. And out of the two one bee slowly fell to the grow! I am very please with the job I had done today! Thank you!

Adam just completed my service replacing bait as needed in Exterior stations for control of Mice And Rats. We never had rats however we used to have mice. Our inside cat's were always catching mice and leaving us proof. We haven't had mice since I hired Adam. He also completed my Mole Service baiting the Mole Tunnels as needed for Control of Moles. As usual Adam is very professional with his work and does an outstanding job. My ground mole situation was improving and they were almost gone. A bionic difference from last year. However for whatever reason the moles have returned compared to the last time Adam was here. It's probably because I live in a rural area which makes it almost impossible to get rid of them all. Adam does a great job at a very reasonable price. I'd highly recommend Integrity Pest Control to anyone. Thanks again Adam.

Called on Thursday and explained an issue I was having with wasps in the house. Appointment was scheduled for 2pm on Saturday. Adam showed up early and was incredibly professional. The company also offers an amazing warranty!

I contacted Integrity Pest Control in May as I spotted a rodent in my home. My landlord asked me to have the company call to speak with him prior to doing the work. On May 8th, Adam Costa came to review and found evidence of mice. He spoke to my landlord on the phone, my landlord was looking for a guarantee of the service. Adam told him he could not provide a guarantee as he didn't know if there was issues in the adjoining unit. He recommended setting and baiting traps and sealing the exterior holes where he found rodents could be getting in. He also recommended a quarterly service. My landlord declined the quarterly service during that call. After setting the traps, Adam indicated he would come back the following week to check the traps and remove any rodents, and seal the exterior gaps as part of what was paid for. I never heard from him so I contacted him on 5/24 to check when he was coming back. He responded that he had me down for 5/31 for an appt, which was Memorial Day. I replied that I was not able to do that date and he had never confirmed it. He stated he didn't need to get in the home so I didn't need to confirm. I reminded him that he did need to get in and check the traps set in the attic. He never responded again with a time. I sent another follow up email on June 10th. He stated he was having "scheduling issues" and that he provided "exceptional service". I reminded him that he never set up the follow up from a month before and he never sealed the exterior as promised. At that point he indicated he had dropped the ball. He stated he was busy and was "hiring someone to help with the scheduling and phone calls so things should turn around". He returned on June 12th the seal the exterior and check the traps. He again stated he would set up a follow up in a few weeks to come back out and check. He never did and I considered this the end of our business dealings as I would not be using him again. Today I received an invoice from him stating he came today (with no prior appt set up) and did the 3 month quarterly service. I immediately contacted him and reminded him that my landlord did not agree with this service. He replied that he can cancel going forward but he already came today. I told him I didn't have any appt set up and I would not expect any charges. He states I still owe him $75.00. After replying back and forth he threatened to sue me for slander, stated "I had been warned" and that the best he could do is reduce the bill by $25.00, with me still owing $50.00. I told him I would not be paying it and filing a complaint. I can provide copies of all of the email exchanges and I do have a witness who was present during his phone call with my landlord.

Highly recommend! We had a wasp problem in our garage. Adam answered the phone right away. I called in the morning and he was there by the early afternoon. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. Offered maintenance plans (we have many other rodent/insect issues in our yard) but was not pushy. When I expressed concerns about chemicals, explained options. Was able to pay immediately using his phone, but had option of being billed. Received email with paid invoice and warranty immediately. Would highly recommend and use again!

I had a swarm of hornets building a nest under the eaves of my house..one post on Thumbtack and Integrity Pest Control responded immediately. Adam arrived at my home within an hour, treated the eaves and also found another spot where hornets were nesting. This morning - NO HORNETS. Great job!

Adam is fantastic! Our house was being overtaken by lots of spiders this season. Yuck! He came and took care of all our pest needs very quickly. He was super careful to make sure not to over chemical and walked us through dog friendly and lakefront friendly options should we need to do more work on the property away from the main house later this year.
