Jeff was here in less than 24 hrs after being called, but as it turned out he determined we had no pest problem. However, he did help regarding a mouse issue at the outside AC compressor. And, on his own, he promised to return in 30 days to further insure there is no problem. The most amazing part of his visit is that after driving 20+ miles and spending about an hour here, he refused to charge for his visit. It's refreshing to find someone today who is that honest! I wish I could give 10 stars here.

If you are looking for a GREAT pest control company that put's the "Customer" back in "Customer Service", look no further!! They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, proffesional and responsive. We had an issue with a potential termite problem in our detached garage. They came out for an inspection and had the garage treated within 2 days. Also found carpenter bees and treated them. We were also refinancing our home and needed a termite inspection as a last minute requirement from our lender. They understood the urgency of the matter, completed the inspection and had the report completed within a day!

After seeing how Rob helped a friend of mine, I decided to email him about my bee problem. After he returned my email I gave him a call to see if he would be willing to come out today even though it was Labor Day. He said sure and was at my house within 30 minutes. He identified the “bees” as yellow jackets and worked his magic. After putting on an adorable bee keepers suit and spraying and gassing them he was on his way. Very reasonable price to take care it for me. I highly reccomend him for any pest removal needs. Awesome customer service!!!

Look no further! We've been using Home Free Pest Control for awhile now for little items around our home (ants, mice, etc.) and they are always ready to help. They are extremely knowledgeable in all situations and are very responsive to any concerns that we have had. They were very affordable, complete honest with what needed to be done, and the whole process was very low pressure. Easily the best customer experience I have had in a long time. They came out today to treat a pretty bad termite infestation. They cleaned up the concrete dust on the steps they had to drill into, and patched the holes. They also gave us some advice on the extent of the infestation and what we should and shouldn't worry about. Over all I could not be happier. They are our go to pest control people.

I would highly recommend Home Free Pest Control. Jeff was very professional, and highly informative. Not only did he rearrange his schedule with his partner to get here sooner, he spent an hour here, (thoroughly) checking our home , at no charge. Luckily we did not have a pest problem, but if we ever need his service, I will be sure to call him. Not only was he on time, he kept in touch ( to offer that he was available to come even sooner than promised.) He was extremely honest, and a very friendly guy. I appreciate that he was honest and didn’t just “treat” our home, unnecessarily ( just to make money.) He even said he would come back in a few weeks just to double check that we have no issues. Always professional and top notch service. The big name companies only care about your money. You won't have the owner of those companies coming to your house. Forget those big name places and stay local.

Amazing service; arrived on time and inspected house - did not find the squirrels I thought I had. The person who came out was the owner! He gave me some advice and some mouse traps and told me to call if that didn't work. I am so impressed.

I had someone come over and do an inspection to determine how squirrels have been getting into my basement. He checked everywhere and discovered they've been sneaking in through the chimney. He gave me a simple fix and didn't charge me a dime! Extremely professional and highly recommended!
