Missed bed bugs all over came twice missed the colony and when we called them a third time they told us to hire a hypnotist, hired another exterminator and they found multiple colony's that had been there for at least 3 months

We reached out to Griggs and Browne after experiencing spider activity throughout our home, you can only imagine how beside myself I was as I’m petrified of these creepy crawlers! I decided to go with the quarterly program as I felt it best fit our needs. James B our technician was very informative and through in answering my questions and concerns especially regarding my baby and two dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and technician to come out. I’ve had 4 other estimates and Griggs and Browne was the best price and I feel good knowing they’re highly rated, I totally recommend!

Not impressed at all... total waste of money. All they did was put out these bait traps--I could have done that! Save your money and buy glue traps with attracting from the hardware store...

The woman answering your phones decided to respond to my call regarding the time of an appointment by stating, "Well, there's nothing here so the answer would be NO." and then realized she had made a mistake and wasn't looking in the right area for my appointment. It's a shame that that will be the memory I have of my interaction with this business as a result.

I highly reccomend this company. Very caring and understanding. We had an initial inspection by Karl, followed by installation and servicing from Eric Beers. Both had patience , understanding, and very knowledgeable. I have the upmost confidence in a company that helps to further educate the homeowner! Compared prices of different service providers and home inspectors; They were the most reasonably priced one and apparently the best too. They did a very good job -on everything (data gathering, providing and simplifying on what needs fixing or updating). Once in a while we have firms like these that you wanna give back; one thing i could think of was to give a well deserved good review. Kudos to your team

I have been having a flea issue in my apartment and wanted to shop around for pricing. I was comparing companies to work with and this company scheduled a free inspection for me. The Branch Manager Mike Serencko came out to my apartment and was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel better after the inspection by calming my worries, reassuring me and his attitude was so positive. This is a fantastic company to go with with fair pricing and I highly recommend their staff! Again, the branch manager was an absolute delight. He let me explain myself and did a thorough inspection of the apartment! Best around!!!
