DO NOT USE. I was taken by their sales pitch and decided to use their services for a year. During this year, they constantly did not do what they promised. During the winter, part of the service was that they are supposed to come inside the house and do a sweep to make sure there were no insects. The tech just walked around the outside of the house, never touching the back deck like he was supposed to or even ringing the doorbell to try and come inside. I reported the lack of services and was told they would come back and redo the service. This never happened. The second occasion was, which luckily was the last service on the contract, the tech showed up, sat in the driveway for 15 minutes and did nothing but fill up his containers with water from a spout I have outside. This time I emailed them to inform them of the repeated lack of service and break of, "contract," and would not be paying until they come back and do what they were supposed to for the past 2 visits. I also informed them that I would not be renewing my contract since their services were unbelievably horrible. They responded to the email saying they would schedule a visit for the tech to come back and redo the services, again, and acknowledged my request to not renew. Again.... They did not come back. A couple months later, since i did not pay due to their constant LACK of SERVICE and no attempt to correct it, I received a call saying it would go to collections if i did not pay... At the same time, I got the surprise of them trying to charge me for ANOTHER visit that was after my contract expired. I had to call up and argue with them about how, per the email I sent, I was not dealing with their services anymore. After 10 minutes or so they finally removed the charge, but still wanted me to pay for their lack of services on the previous visit. Their services is 100% not worth the headache and lost money.

Communications lacked on what they found when they did the more expensive treatments so I never knew what the status of the problem was. They stopped the problem but pointed out this would be an annual problem and I should call them back in 12 months to control the matter. Subsequently we noticed field mice the following winter. I called, they came and the mice sought “alternate housing”. This is when I decided to engage Fox on an annual basis (4 visits a year and on call any time I had a problem). I really appreciate that I get a call 2 days prior to a tech coming by, although it is not necessary to be home if there is not an inside problem. It helps that I can contact the company prior to arrival to let the tech know if we have been having a problem. Our tech spends time actively listening to me, filling him in on what's been going on or if I have any issues. Between what I've shared (and shown him - usually have something - those dang sink bugs!) AND him expertly looking around as we move about the home, the tech has developed a plan that is efficient, not intrusive, thorough and speedy. While most of the treatments are outside for carpenter ants, ticks, fleas, etc., there are times the older home needs some crevice treatment and the tech is very aware and diligent using care. Definitely worth a phone call to see how they can help you, as they seem to do it ALL. Very, very pleased with this company and the service and have recommended them several times.

I really like Fox Pedt Control, they are so much better than my previous pest control company. The big difference is their people. I called 2 days ago about a flea and tick application. They had just been out a month ago, but were able to schedule Phil for today. Phil called 39 minutes before his on time arrival. We switched over to Fox Pest Control several years ago. They cover issues and potential issues both inside and outside your home. This includes tick control and spiderweb removal from your home's exterior. I recently learned that they also conduct termite monitoring, all included in your quarterly service visit. But, if you have any issues pop up between visits, they will gladly send a technician out at any time to address it, all part of your service plan. When I have had conversations with their home office, they have been incredibly pleasant and demonstrated a clear desire to maintain customer happiness and satisfaction.

I absolutely adore this company! We had a HUGE yellow jacket infestation in the Fall of 2018. We were praying for a freeze, but it didn’t help at all.
