Great service! We have used them twice so far. They come REALLY quickly and do a good job. We called them once for mice and they baited and showed us probable areas that the mice were coming into the house. We patched those recommended areas and haven't seen the mice since! Most recently, they came and did some work at the house prior to selling the home. Timely, friendly and professional. I'll definitely use these guys again. No reason not to! Ed was great :)

Eliminate Em Pest Control did a great job getting rid of the mice I had in my attic and cellar. Austin came on a Monday morning. He was on time, very knowledgeable and explained the process well. By Thursday I was no longer hearing the mice in my attic. He came back 2 weeks later to do a recheck and there was no new sightings that the mice were still around. I would definetly hire them again if the need arises.

Also known as eliminate'em pest control. I went in because I needed a change from a career I was totally burnt out in, registered nursing. I told them via email about my experiences scaring off a swan that felt threatened by my nephew swimming too close to its nest by waving my arms and running at him or her, freezing a wasp nest with a common household thing so I didnt have to worry about waiting till night, and getting mice and traps cleared for neighbors. I had seen Billy the Exterminator on television climbing up in rafters in barns after squirrels and running down javelina on a farm and thought it looked like great fun. The following day I had an interview scheduled by a friendly informative and helpful man on the phone. When I went in Kenny, the owner was wonderful and Kristen in the office was, too. Kristen called the RI DEM and got me set up to pick up study materials and take a test and now having sucessfully passed the nuissance wildlife control specialist examination I am nearly ready to get started and I am thrilled! They are a family owned company that values and empowers their staff to be the best they can be. I am looking forward to my career with them wholeheartedly!

They do a great job. We live in a very rural area where mice can be a significant problem for many homes. Since using there service we have not had a single sighting of a mouse inside the house. They are on tune, effective and very easy to work with. On coverage person John is a great guy and we are always happy to have him at our house each quarter for the routine maintenance. Called looking for a quote on a squirrell issue in our attic and made it very clear when calling it was for a quote only. Made an appointment with Troy, a guy in his mid 40's decked out in East Litchfield, CT Volunteer Fire Company clothing. Surprising as no uniform identified him with the pest control company. He came with a packed lip of chewing tobacco and proceeded to spit all across my property while assessing the roof. Wow. Disrespectful and disgusting. We already started on the wrong foot and I was NOT IMPRESSED. After spending approximately 3 minutes looking at the roof of the house he claimed that it would be $725 for one hole, $100 more than on the phone. I understand circumstances change and some factors cannot be included in an over-the-phone quote, but my girlfriend and I decided we would like to continue shopping around for a solution at a different price. After talking with my girlfriend, I told Troy we would like a business card to contact him if we couldn't resolve the issue at a lower price with someone else. He REFUSED to give us a business card and stormed off saying "Waste of my F-ING time". I'm confused. We made it very clear from the beginning that we were looking for a quote only and we're still possibly interested in doing business and that's the response we get? Unbelievable. Troy was incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. What is wrong with this guy? Shameful that he is representing East Litchfield Volunteer Fire Company and acting that way. We will NEVER request services from this company again and be sure to tell all our friends to AVOID THEM as well. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.
