I have used this service 2x the past 4mos. Initially, because a guest brought cockroaches into my home unbeknownst to me and supposedly the guest. I was, to say the least, very unhappy. A friend referred me to this company. The technician was so polite and followed my request thus answering all of my questions. They offered to come back in between next scheduled visit as needed. My problem had the potential to grow but it was stopped. After the first visit I was advised that I may notice a few cockroaches and to allow at least 2 weeks for the treatment yo invade their nest areas. I have not seen any additional cockroaches but decided to have them come out again for seasonal spiders and ants, etc. Very happy with this service.
