Today, on Tuesday March 27th, 2018, I was at Goody’s Hardware in East Haven,Ct. I was very stressed out and talking to John about the problem I was having-I discovered my new apartment had Varied Carpet Beetles. So even though my fantastic landlord would have got an exterminator for me, I ordered what I needed online for various reasons to do it myself. The Solo Heavy Duty Pressure Sprayer wasn’t holding pressure for me and I didn’t know why. Well, to my good luck, Gary the Bug Man from Ct Pest Elimination just happened to be in the store and overheard my conversation. He made some suggestions and then offered to look at my sprayer that I happened to have with me in my car. And he was able to get it working!!!!! I didn’t have the top tight enough-i was too afraid to tighten too much, wrecking the o ring up. Gary and his worker spent their valuable time helping me and offering advice. I’m sure they had work to do but Gary saw someone that desperately needed help and took the time making sure I was good before they left. I AM SO GRATEFUL-THANK YOU GARY!! I’ve never used this business but I’ll tell you this-if it has people like these two fine men working for them it must be top notch!!!

**Update to my previous 5 star review** They do not follow-through on their promises. For 2 years we selected the plan that has them come out I believe 3 times each year for preventative spraying/maintenance. Both years, during the fall, I noticed that they never called to schedule the spraying and never showed up. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get them to come out, each time speaking with multiple people. They tried to tell me that if I didn't have any bugs, they didn't need to come out. But why was I paying for a program that included a certain number of preventative maintenance sprays, if they weren't going to come out that many times? I gave them a second chance by selecting the same service for the second year, and the same hassle happened. Part of the reason I loved the concept of their service, was that it was something I didn't need to keep track of. But nope, I had to hound them down again the second year. We now go with Fox and have had great success with them. **Original Review** Don't look anywhere else, because this is the company to call if you have a pest problem. We had a horrible carpenter ant situation and they were able to fully solve the problem. Every moment of the process is great, from when you call to schedule, until you say good-bye to the tech. One of their team members, Ted, came out for the initial spraying (we choose a package that covers multiple visits) and he was awesome. Friendly, extremely thorough, and took his time explaining everything. We haven't seen an ant since that first spraying. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them.

I had an urgent pest problem, so disgusting I don't even want to think about it, but just to illustrate how urgent it was - a rodent died at a ceiling vent over my bed which resulted in maggots falling out of the vent onto my bed. Called Bethwood Pest Elimination, Al listened to the problem and came out quickly to deal with it. He is knowledgeable, timely, and pleasant. Fixed the problem and cleaned it all up for a very reasonable service call fee. Looked at the cost of dealing with the root of the problem, getting rid of the rodents. Gave me a free estimate and fit me into the schedule for rodent treatment quickly. They give free estimates! They got rid of my pest problem quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Bethwood. Although I hope I never have to, I will use Bethwood for any other pest problems I may have in the future.

Very satisfied so far. Need to see what happens after the next 2 visits. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with how quickly they sent their technician, Steve, to my home. He was very polite and informative. He laid mice bait in several areas in and around the house 3 days ago and we haven’t seen signs of “invasion” since. We are hopeful that he’ll achieve 100% success after the completion of treatments(3).

I requested service after seeing mice. The tech that came Jesse was super friendly, knowledgeable and made me relaxed about the whole situation. He took his time to explain what gets mice indoors, how to keep the population from growing etc.. He then proceeded to inspect the whole house and also laid traps. He will be coming back again but after just the fist visit and how knowledgeable he was, I know I am in good hands. Thank you Jesse for such a very nice service. Prior to that, another company quoted me $4,000 for rodent service. Go with these guys as the price is very fair when you do the math on how many times they are coming back to the house. Great service...

The tech was fabulous. I have very large dogs and he took added steps to make sure they could not pick up the bait stations. I would highly recommend this service. The tech called me before he arrived and let me know when he was outside the yard.
