Catseye Pest Control performed the full mice control program at our residence. The members of their crew were all friendly & professional and arrived as per scheduled appointments, with regular check-ins prior to arrival time. Any additional or unexpected work needed to complete the sealing up of the home were addressed at no additional charge. The work was completed a month ago and so far, so good!

Writing this review from a friend. Base point would be a big NO for Catseye. If you decide to go with them ignoring the review, make a note of these points. • They don’t have a good Prep Sheet, get some preparing the home before initial bed bug treatment from the internet. • The technicians don’t contact each other. All they pass on is some notes on what they did. • Never trust the inspection guy, He doesn’t even know what a bed bug is, all he cares about his money. • If they are not following the process they agreed to, just loose your advance and never see them again, so that you don’t have to pay the rest of the money. • Trying to call the office is much more like a slot machine. You must try until they pick up your call. • Whenever you are talking with them, record. Even if you record and prove them that they are doing a wrong process, their only answer would be: “A technician decides which process he have to follow up.” As if the home owner is just a puppet and nod his head to whatever they say.

So far horrible service, they supposedly came and sprayed around the house yet there are still tons of wasps. I just got stung by at least 4 just leaving my house. Over priced and unresponsive, I have called multiple times and left voicemails with no call back. Unfortunate that this is happening.

Despite the pouring rain and springtime snow, Mike and Ron arrived for a follow up seal up today. They did an AWESOME job! I gave them five stars for their professionalism, consultative approach, straightforward communications, branding, persistence in solving the problem, and the pride they take in their work. Today's visit was no exception. Mike and Ron reviewed the work to date, identified some additional areas of concern, and went to work on the abatement both inside and out. I learned some more about mouse behaviors today. We discussed some additional remediation. I was also very impressed by the enthusiasm both Mike and Ron showed for the ongoing training they receive so that they can better educate customers like me. I highly recommend Catseye Catguard. It's a more environmentally friendly solution than poison tracking powders, especially if you have pets. It's nice to see employees exhibit such pride about the brand they represent.

Very professional workers. They listened to my crazy explanations. They explained everything they where going to do. They arrived on time. They got rid of my squirrels and cleaned up everything. Garrett even helped me bring the destroyed things from the attic outside. Im very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the work that was done by Catseye Pest Control. The cat-guard exclusion system they installed coordinates very well with the existing trim of our home. Everyone we dealt with at Catseye was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We never felt pressured into buying anything more than what was needed to correct our pest problem. I’d like to thank Tyler and Brian who came out to assess our problem and Dan and Jason who installed our Cat-Guard system. Dan and Jason were always on time, very personable and patient answering any questions we had. Once the job was finished, they walked around the house with us explaining what they had done. They cleaned up their work area; hauling out any trash or extra materials, leaving nothing behind for us to throw away. Would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests of any kind.

Cats eye did a great job. I called a few different people and they showed up first. They were reasonable with their pricing and they honored their prices even though the original scope of work was exceeded because of those pesky squirrels, they just wouldn't stay out! Brian did an excellent job of eliminating the problem and then came back and sealed up the entry points like they said they would and now the problem is resolved. I would definitely recommend anybody who has any type of rodent problem that they don't want to deal with cats eyes is the way to go, I will definitely use them again!

Just want to say that I contracted with Catseye Pest Control this year and couldn't be more happy. I had an unfortunate mouse invasion and Catseye was the only company that not only trapped mice but also sealed up the outside of my house where the house sits on the concrete with Cat Guard siding. (It's an area that allows mice to crawl into houses). The best part of the service was the incredible servicemen who took great pride in their work . Mike Danka was outstanding and very thorough in inspecting the house for evidence of mice. He located areas that were difficult to spot and successfully sealed those areas. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by Mike Danka on behalf of Catseye.

Rob heas been trying to get the one squirrel thats left for 3 days!! Rob is relentless, but this scoundral squirrel keeps knocking the traps over and trying to shake out the bait!! So the squirrel is exprienced, but Rob and Catseye Pest Control will be on him until he is caught!! Rob is a great guy, very professional and experienced, and very friendly and trustworthy!! Catseye has done a fantastic job in controlling the moles and other pests. Their technician, Clayton is a very knowledgeable and helpful tech. He has answered all my questions and has responded on the spot to issues found. He is vey reliable and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He also makes sure to explain any hazards to any of the items he places on the property. The response to calls for service is also excellent. When I called for assistance because the moles came back, Catseye responded very quickly. They placed bait in all the active new tunnels. I would highly recommend Catseye to any of my friends and neighbors, which I have. They do an amazing job and are always very professional. One of the best things about Catseye is they answer your call, listen to your issue and schedule the technician go out within a couple of days to resolve the issue. Every time I call I get to talk to a real person who takes the necessary actions to resolve my issue. A truly professional, quick response, and knowledgeable company.

About a month ago we lost our Jack Russell Terrior, Angie, to a rodent carrying disease called leptospirosis. We have a shed in the back yard that created a safe haven for mice to nest and unfortunately Angie got into a nest or came in contact with an infected mouse or droppings and became extremely I'll and was gone in 2 weeks. Eventually we decided to rescue 2 puppies and knew we had to do something about the shed and get rid of the family of mice that carried the disease. When we called Catseye they came out the same day to assess the yard and what was the best plan of action to get rid of the mice and keep them away from nesting in the shed. The technician Brian found several points of entry on the shed , which were sealed up immediately, set bait traps outside the shed , and snap traps inside of the shed. Over a period of 2 weeks Brian checked the traps and bait stations to monitor the activity. By the end of the 2 week period there was no more activity inside the shed due to how well it was sealed up, and all the bait stations had a substantial amount of bait eaten. Just one bite of the bait is all it takes to get rid of them so we were confident the bait traps did their job. On the last visit, Brian vacuumed out all the nests and droppings that were found inside and sanitized the inside of the shed. By the time he was done the inside of the shed shed smelled the best it's ever smelled. No more scent of mice, and better yet, no more activity inside the shed. The tech Brian was skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely professional when it came to our needs. We are so happy we called them to get rid of that family of mice because now we have peace of mind while the 2 new puppies run and play out back. I would definitely recommend catseye to anyone that needs pest control . Thanks catseye!

We are very pleased with the service we have received so far with Catseye Pest Control. From the moment I made the first phone call about spotting ants in our home, every person we interacted with has been thorough and knowledgeable about the behaviors of various pests. Kyle, their sales person did such a thorough inspection, I don't think there was a single crevice he missed. He explained everything along the way and shared his extensive knowledge with us. Unfortunately, he found evidence of mice as well. Since his visit, two teams have promptly arrived; 1- to assess a particular problem area in our home and 2- to set mouse traps everywhere (I think 50 traps were placed around our home). I was presented with a schedule of when team members will be returning to trap, exclude, repair and clean up. This is a great company. They really know what they're doing and I have complete confidence that they will eradicate mice and ants from our home.

Quick response to carpenter bee issue! Technician was great about explaining carpenter bees and how they borrow into wood. He explained his treatment thoroughly and precautions I needed to take following his spraying. The reason I only gave 3 stars is I feel the cost ($500 + tax) of treatment was excessive considering the time/effort it took to spray. I do realize the coverage extends to the end of 2019, but still feel it was a bit too high.

I had just about given up on ever solving the mouse problem in my basement. I tried exterminating companies who would put out poison bait or traps and look for where the mice were getting in but all I got were a lot of dead mice and evidence of the ones still living in my insulation. Finally, I found Catseye. They inspected from basement to attic looking for any evidence of animal activity. Then, they made a plan for getting rid of any current occupants. They came several times to remove trapped mice and then disinfect the area. They also erased any trails that the mice were using to find their way in. Finally, they sealed every possible entry point with their own system that they custom made for my house right there. If anything should get in, it's guaranteed so they come right back. And, honestly, I have never dealt with a friendlier, more professional group of people. From start to finish I am grateful that I found Catseye and highly recommend them.

Kevin was great! He took the time to chat with us about what our concerns were and then shared his strategy meet out needs. Living in the woods, we have a lot of spiders so he explained why spiders hang around and what the treatment would do to keep them away for good.
