I would like to leave this review for Brian at catseye pest control. Brian is one of their technicians that specializes in mouse removal as well as insect removal as well. Upon meeting Brian I would say that he was extremely friendly. He took the time to answer all our questions and wasn't in a rush to get in and get out. While Brian was working, I observed that he was very good at his job. He went through every crack and crevice and seemed to know what exactly to look for. After he finished what he was originally sent to do for us he had helped us out with what was actually our main concern in the first place. "We had a squarrel in our house at one point and although it left, my wife was afraid it was going to come back into the house through one of these holes we had in our attic". Well Brian came back after his job was completed with a can of this special sealant foam and he helped us seal up some of the holes we had in our upstairs that we thought the squarrel could come back through. I don't want to ramble on too much but all in all, Brian at catseye was extremely helpful and friendly towards us and I would highly recommend him and I would recommend Clint as well. Clint also did his best to help address our concerns as well.

I was made aware of an unwanted "visitor" at around 4:30am on a Sunday morning. I looked up qualified professionals in my area, and Catseye popped right up with great reviews. I filled out my information on their website and expected to hear back at some point Monday. I received a call Sunday mid-day and the person over the phone scheduled a free visit first thing the next day at 8:30am. Monday morning Clark Bishop arrived and explained to me what the visit was going to involve, etc. Clark did a fantastic job and explained every detail of their services, pricing, etc. Clark's customer service was top notch. I hired Catseye to take care of a rodent problem, which involved several visits. Mike Danka was the technician involved in all the visits, expect the last one. Mike did a great job, took his time to explain everything, and treated my home like it was his every single time. The final visit was performed by Yamir Flores. Again, top notch customer service, professionalism, and expertise. Yamir went in very detail about what he did in the house, what was removed, and what was being left behind and why. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. found an inground bees nest and sent an email to set up an appointment. Within 30 minutes someone was here to take care of the nest. And bonus was it was covered by the warranty of a previous bee treatment.. Would highly recommend!!

We're are very happy we found Catseye with their comprehensive approach to solving pest problems! And a large part of our positive experience is that Brian S. is wonderful to work with. I always request that he is the one who comes here (although I haven't had a problem with others--just prefer Brian). He seems to truly want to help us and solve our mouse problem by doing what we need as opposed to just selling us something. At this point, we have almost no mice (or possibly none) in our basement which used to be a mouse party hall! For years, we paid other companies, got annoyed by the person not wearing shoe covers after they go in the grossest places in peoples' homes, and got nowhere with reducing the population. We are so happy we are making huge progress--finally!! (We did the Rodent Plus service plus ongoing Platinum Service. We may get the Catguard in the future.) We have used this service for a while. I feel this particular gentlemen who showed up this time provided the best level of service I have had all year!!! Because of construction going on he mentioned first he may want to reschedule as he would have a better feel next week after machinery was gone and the @groubd and dust” settled. However when looking around he noticed things that he was not comfortable leaving/waiting until next week so he handled and did great service. My feeling is he was so knowledgeable and confidently made a decision with his expertise to do what needed to be done while keeping me informed the whole time of his decisions and why he was making them. :).

Mike Danka came on Christmas Eve to find the location of the dead rat, the largest rat under my wood floors under the radiator. He stayed and preservered until he was able to manually remove the rat . We are grateful he took time out of his holiday to make our holiday a special stress free one. I have it set up that my home gets a series of treatments to rid the house of pantry pests but also keep out other vermin. The little moths still kept appearing after several treatments. Today the gentleman took the time to inspect an area difficult to get to (behind and under my dryer). He found massive evidence of the moths. He cleaned it all up and treated it. I greatly appreciate the extra effort.

Catseye Pest Control is a first class organization with exceptional customer service, responsiveness, capability, and, most importantly, expertise. We are on a regular schedule following installation last summer to rid of the mice from our attic. This is not an inexpensive undertaking, but the previous service company was unable to keep the mice out of our attic and responsiveness was hit-and-miss. The Catseye people follow up prior to visits and after visits, call and send messages. During installations last summer, they also took care of several wasp nests and made our yard safe to use again.
