I have a warranty with this company and they not only never answer their phone but they do not call you. I believe they are waiting out my warranty in hopes to get away with never having to fulfill it. If they continue to not respond I will be reporting them to the recommended agencies for such fraud.

Glenn is extremely knowledge and fixed my mouse problem right away!! I had two other local companies service me prior to calling Bugzout and my mouse problem continued for months. I was told that my problem was extremely difficult to fix. One company even tried to get more money from me after not fixing my problem. During the inspection Glenn was able to tell me how and where the mice were coming in and fixed my problem right away. He was so different from the other companies....he was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Within two weeks my problem was completely resolved after months of hassle dealing with other companies. I recommend Bugzout to anyone. There's no need to call anyone else!! I would give 10 stars if I could:)

Bugzout came early and took care of my roach problem. Chris was very professional. Answered all my questions and concerns and was happy to address all my worries. He was also great with all my dogs and cats. Highly recommend his services. Will definitely be working with his business again.

This company is not very reliable and became very difficult to get a hold of for a promised return trip. Did not show up on they day that was stated and when I texted the guy he just said he forgot and said he would try to stop by on the weekend. He never showed. I'm not bothering to contact this guy again.

Okay now to the Positives On time Through Friendly Good with kids Considerate Effective Provides his personal cell phone so you can always reach him. Goes above and beyond to explain the issue and how what hes going to do to remediate it In short his work speaks for itself which is why we will have him come out yearly to treat our home.

The ABSOLUTE BEST pest control company ever. On time, excellent service, very knowledgeable, great follow-up (to check traps). Goes out of his way to help. Great price too, and he gives discounts to military, police, fire and rescue on top of that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
