This business is has been under new management for the last 2years. (Charlie is no longer the owner.) The new owner is phenomenal. She explains the nature of the pests, gives you the names and effects of the product, sets pricing, and sends a proposal. Gives you everything you will need to help landlords prepare their tenants for treatment. She is timely and efficient and spot on with the treatment plan and the timeframe for the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I am a property manager and unfortunately had tenants that traveled and brought bed bugs and some that brought roaches. She was able to eliminate the bed bugs, roaches, field mice, and fruit flies.CALL today 800-922-PEST. Ask for Rhonda! Best of the best!!!! Reliable! A+

I hired Bug Busters to exterminate my mouse problem. I live with my 90 year old grandfather and we noticed that there were mouse droppings throughout the house. I called bug busters. The owner Charlie seemed rushed when I first spoke with him but confident my problem would be taken care of. My grandfather has caregivers whom I trust that attended the first meeting when they threw around the "poison." I felt confident our problem would be taken care of. I continued to find mouse droppings throughout my kitchen. I called back. Charlie said it takes 2 weeks to notice results. Let me tell you....in 2 weeks I did notice results. There has been a stench in my house the last 2 weeks. I had my grandfathers caregiver call bug busters back up to ask about it. They sent a nice girl out to deal with the issue. She assured my grandfathers caregiver it was the smell of decomposing mice and she could not locate them..so she thought it would be a good idea to continue to throw poison up above the fixtures of the basement. Now originally they told us at the first meeting this is where they were coming in. They did NOT close off anywhere to where they thought the mice were coming in. (sounds like this could become a vicious cycle to which will become costly and smelly for my grandfather!) I personally called back today, May 5th 2014 to which I spoke with Charlie. Charlie was rude, short with me, and did not want to answer my questions in a full manner to which I felt I deserved considering I am the customer. He quickly told me I could not afford the traps and the poison was the way to go and he scheduled me an apt for May 6th to which I was not sure what was going to happen at this appt. I told him I have an awful smell that has been getting worse by the day. he asked how long it has been here I stated 2 weeks. He said "O probably not mice" So he became short with me and rude and scheduled an apt tomorrow. Did not ask me if this was a convenient time for me (because it wasn't I do work Tuesdays)So we ended up ending the conversation. I did not feel comfortable with his answers since my grandfather paid so much and it smells awful, so I called back. Charlie answered. I began questioning why he didn't close off where they thought the mice were coming from. He said they do not do that, his customers don't ask about this, and if he did do this he would charge me extra. I began questioning the charges. He said "forget this" and hung up the phone on me. I was shocked considering I had questions and now I'm stuck with a nasty smell. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Charlie was supposed to come out and spray for pests today and did not show up. I set an appointment with him for Monday. A young lady called me to confirm and since my condo property manager said appointments could be set for Monday morning or Tuesday afternoon, I asked her if it could be changed to Tuesday afternoon. She agreed. When no one showed I called and Charlie answered. I asked if they were coming and he said he already came out Monday and did 2 apartments. I told him a young girl called me and we changed to Tuesday. He rudely said "I'll let you speak to her"! He put her on the phone, she asked him when he can come out and he yelled in the background that he can't and that's it and that he's not coming out here to lose money and that if he wanted to lose money he'd go fishing! I told the girl I will call my property manager. Management should have set it up so all units were sprayed and instead asked people to call and set up an appointment if they wanted. That was the big mistake but still, Charlie was very unprofessional and rude. No use trying to do business with someone like that.
