Thank you Amtech for your quick response and efficient work. We really appreciated that the vehicle wasn't emblazoned with pest control written all over it. That can be embarrassing with nosy neighbors. We had an ant infestation and they were everywhere. I have used Amtech for my exterminating needs for the past few years. To say that my service technician, Nathan, is excellent, is an understatement. Besides possessing the highest level of expertise in eliminating the unwanted critters that were coming into my home, he takes the extra steps to prevent them from even entering the home by identifying and capping off all points of entry. Because he is so observant, he even discovered that my newly installed chimney cap had fallen off. I can not recommend Nathan highly enough. The staff, namely Valerie, is always accommodating regarding schedule changes, which happens often because this is a secondary residence.

Today Adam came out to do a free estimate and evaluation. From the time he called upon his arrival to the time he left he was very pleasant. He was also extremely informative and gave a lot of information on issues that are common that I don’t have but how to prevent it from starting up. He gave me full details about the package and what it contains. He was on time and was thorough. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into choosing them over other competitors or even to make a decision to hire them today. I was surprised at how much time and effort went in to educating me on the issue and how it would be handled considering it was a free appointment. A lot of companies rush the free appointments because they aren’t getting paid and don’t want to provide too much information for whatever reason. I even had a good experience with the initial phone call to set up the appointment. Everyone seems to be very pleasant. It definitely feels like a family business that you are also on the team with. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience and it by far exceeded my expectations!

WHAT AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!!!!!! I was using another exterminator for years and was never really satisfied with the level of care they took around my home and gardens. I'm so glad I called Amtech! Not only did the girl at the office spend time explaining and answering all my questions over the phone; the representative who came out understood what I was concerned about, told me about their low toxicity products and then took extra care both inside our home and out. Great service! Valerie and Nathan take great care of me and are making my house way less gross. The online portal is great for scheduling services or making payments, with super fast responses. The home visits are packed with effective, green treatments and some horrifyingly interesting facts. Our technician is very friendly and an absolute expert that gives you advice and tips as he goes. Even the initial inspection was beneficial as he gave me mouse trapping tips. I would definitely recommend Amtech and am so happy I gave them a call. I had a horrid mouse problem. I could hear them all through the walls and my two cats would catch them, sometimes 3 or more a night. But with that many in the house there was no way to rid them. They would stay in the walls. I couldn't poison so started doing traps. That got disgusting pretty quick. So I called. They set up bait all around the outside and inside and now, i hear nothing. The cats have not come into the livingroom sporting their latest catch since May. They now come every 3 months, check the bait and if it's getting nibbled they know it's working.

What became my worst living nightmare, was eased so much after I finally made that call to Amtech. On a Friday, after 4pm, I desperately reached out to them after seeing a horrific site in my washing machine. Valerie had Nate come out that night. After working all day and in traffic, he came to help and has been my savior ever since. Having RATS and mice was a very embarrassing and scary situation for me. My experience with Amtech was a positive one. We recently moved into a home we had previously used as a vacation home. Since the house was left empty for long periods, mice had made it their residents. I tried setting some traps, but there seemed to be a slow steady influx of the rodents. We called Amtech and were impessed with a few things. The woman who answered was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of information on what could be done whether it was taken care of by us or the company. The response time was very fast (later the same day). The technician was friendly, clean, proffessional and very helpful. They immediately e-mailed a report showing what they found, what conditions existed promoting the problem an what was done to eliminate the problem I would recommend this company

I've been using Amtech Pest Control for over 20 years. Our house is in the CT woods and was a haven for field mice, bees, carpenter bees, and carpenter ants to name a few. Over the years Amtech staff have worked with us to identify problem areas and how to seal them off. and it has worked. Technician Billy has a technique that eliminated bees from our shutters and windows. he is great. So are Cynthia and the office staff. They are very personable and accommodating when changes need to be made. Cynthia sends appointment reminder emails, which I appreciate.
