Hands down the best service I’ve ever received. Moxie does all they can to accommodate you and your pest control needs. Every time I have called to speak with someone or when they come by for treatment service, I receive excellent service. Moxie has the greatest team of people that truly care and want to do all they can for you. A big thank you to Max who went out of his way to accommodate our sensitive son’s needs with finding a resolution to treat the inside of the home without bringing any chemicals into our home. He came to service the home but we couldn’t allow him inside due to our son’s bacteria and chemical sensitivities. Max went out of his way to call his boss and come up with a new treatment plan, than came back later that evening to treat the home without impacting the sensitivities of my son. I was blown away by the level of care and service we received from Max. I cannot say enough great things about Moxie and their exceptional employee Max! Thank you!

This company is a fraud. The sales rep (Mackay) came to my door and told me of all the great things they were going to do for my quarterly service. I told him I was good and he persisted and persisted finally lowering his price to $79.00 a quarterly service. I said yes since it was $20.00 cheaper a quarter than who I was currently using and he promised to spray 4 feet up the side of my house and all the cracks and spread granulars on my yard which all sounded like a good value. This would be done every time after my initial $49 visit to get started with them. They scheduled immediately and came out the next day to do the $49 initial spray. 2 weeks later they came out for the first quarterly maintenance. I got a chance to actually speak with the technician (Dillon) and he said that the sales rep had no idea what he was talking about. They do not spray for feet up the side of the house or granulate the yard. And he sprayed along the foundation of our house which is the exact same service that I've always had. Then imagine my surprise when the bill shows up and they charged me $109 for my quarterly service. I called the company explain the entire situation. They refused to honor the $79 fee the sales rep and I agreed to. I said I would like to cancel my service and go back to the company I have been with for the last 10 years. To cancel service with them you have to pay. Since they discounted the initial service to $49 you have to pay the difference between what that service would have cost and the discount. So to get out of the contract I had to pay $190. So not only did the technician admit they do not do the services they say they do I had to pay to get out of the contract for services they don't do and did not do. So the next time a sales rep from Moxie comes and interrupts your dinner to sell you pest control services close the door on them. This company is a fraud and does not stand behind or honor what they agreed to. I paid the $190 just to stop doing business with this company.

What a relief to have Moxie here- Chris was terrific, expert, and caring - found numerous wasp nests I’d missed- I’ll feel like I can enjoy my outdoors again without fear!! I look forward to regular Moxie visits which will offer continued protection!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Dominick and his fellow tech came for my initial inspection and treatment today and I couldn't be happier. They were early, already hard at work and did a complete sweep yard to yard, basement to 2nd floor, reaching eaves I didn't know I had. They knocked out 5 times as many wasp nests than I could, sprayed down my spider farm in the basement, they patiently and with courtesy explained what they did and made extra sure I was satisfied and well informed. DO NOT USE MOXIE PEST CONTROL We were told this company would eliminate our pest problems with continuing treatments and we could cancel at any time, however our pest problems were essentially not different and when we canceled they charged us $140 (apparently in the fine print even though explicitly stated we could cancel). This company operated in bad faith and I would NOT recommend using them.

This treatment did not work. Didn’t do one thing to get rid of Japanese Beetles. Not only that all of my herbs were poisoned so I can’t eat them. Three or four weeks and absolutely no difference. Do not let them sell you a bill of goods about how well this will work. It doesn’t.

They will scam you - do not use Moxie! I was repeatedly told on two occasions that since I was still having pest issues they would come back to do service for free (it was covered under my warranty). On both occasions, after they came back and sprayed, I was told it was actually my quarterly service and I would have to pay the full $139. I wouldn't have had them come back if I knew I'd be paying that, since their products were not working. The first time it happened I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. The second time was bogus and I cancelled service. Additionally, they say their products are "pet safe" and they are not!! 15 minutes after they sprayed my dog started acting funny, couldn't stand up, and was having seizures. I took her to the ER vet immediately and they said it was from the pesticides. It's been four days and she is still coughing. In order for Moxie to call their products "pet safe" it just has to mean that it wont shut down their kidneys/liver. It can still cause severe harm (i.e. irritation, seizures, cough, throat burns, etc). PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING MOXIE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS.

Shortly before 9pm moxie sent a solicitor to our door who chose to ignore our no soliciting sign and bang on the door setting off my dogs and waking up the small child who is the reeason i put the sig up. When asked if he saw the sign the solicitor (wearing moxie company shirt) said “yea, i always knock anyway” If thats the level of courtesy you show potential customers i cant imagine how poorly you treat further engagement. Who goes banging on doors for business at nearly 9pm and how Do you think someone with a “dont knock” sign is ever going to consider giving a company like this business? If you want a customer perhaps start by not being so inexcusably rude.

We live in a no soliciting HOA that is clearly posted at all entrances and multiple times. Their sales rep was out going door to door soliciting their services. If you can't read, I would rather do business with a company that can follow directions. I will never be using this company based solely off not being able to read.

We’ve had Moxie for 2+ years after we found a couple mice in our basement. Once we found and addressed the point of entry together, we haven’t seen one since. Also haven’t found a single spider, ant or other on our first floor or upstairs. These guys always take care of us with a smile and are very courteous with every interaction we’ve had with them.

Worst customer service every! The sales rep is rude an pushy and will not take no for an answer. I live in a HOA where there is no solicitation and they will not honor that. No one can help you, you have to talk to a specific person. They have killed my yard and my plants with a product that i was told would not hurt my yard or my animals. They want you to pay the difference on the initiation fee and want you to pay a termination fee and all the quarterly appointments. I will be contacting my credit card company, better business bureau and my bank. This company is a fraud and they deserved to be shut down. Horrible people, horrible company, horrible product

We just signed up with Moxie on Monday and got an appointment for the next day at 1:30. Upon signing up I was a bit worried as I didn’t know much about the company, so I went online and read user reviews. Most reviews were very good, but the thing that made me feel the best about our choice was the fact that on each review and especially the bad ones, Moxie made a point to respond to either show appreciation or to try to resolve any issue. As stated in many of the reviews I read, we also had Dominick come to our house and he showed up promptly on time. He was just as many of the reviews said - very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and really took his job seriously and professionally! He walked me and my wife through everything and continually asked if there was anything else he could help with. I trust that everything they did will work, and based on the great service we received, I feel much more comfortable and happy in our decision.

The person who came and did the spraying and set the mouse traps was very efficient, knowledgeable and asked where were having problems with earwigs and spiders and mice.
