They came out the same evening that I called to inquire about their services (very cool that they have evening hours) so I didn't have to leave work or anything! I could honestly write a book on how bad our experience has been with this company. They don't return calls. Cancel appointments without notice. Charged our card TWICE IN ONE MONTH, for services we CANCELLED! We are still waiting on a refund. They will try and give you a "Credit" but if you're cancelling then a credit is pointless. Just a a way for them to keep your money and bet on you not using the service. They don't notify you before they charge. When you try and call to talk to someone, they are full of excuses and don't take ownership, or simply don't answer. Do not trust these guys, they will take your money and run.

UPDATE: I will say I’m extremely pleased with how Jones Pest Solutions acknowledged my review and has since then made it right. They have gone above and beyond to assist my needs and I appreciate that. I take business very seriously and they have exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use their service on an “as needed” basis. The last time they came they only did the outside and I didn’t even know they were here. I called after I was charged and asked why when I didn’t see them and that they didn’t do the inside of my house or garage. They said they would come back and now won’t return my calls. Too bad I’m stuck with them for two more treatments. NOT worth $89. Service sucks

Lawn mowing: 3.5 Edging: 2 Cleaning: 0 Leaving the landscaping in good condition: 2 Overall: 1.875 If you want the grass to be short and don't care about the state of the rest of the yard or the messy lawn and surrounding areas, Jones Pest and Lawn Solutions is great to use. If you want your lawn and surrounding area looking decent after a mowing, stay far from them. We used a single individual to mow our lawn and take care of bushes and weeds. He did such a great job. Due to being too far from where we live, he sold our account to Jones Pest and Lawn Solutions. I did not ever ask for Jones to do work, and the work they did was bad. They would mow our lawn, and the grass was cut. The grass clippings were sent into our red mulch beds, on our steps, on our walkways, and in the street. We currently have clumps of dead grass on the lawn. They would use the edger, though there would be long grass sections next to steps and in corners. I spoke with the man in charge when he was at the house, and he tried to get the young boys to clean up the mess, though that just made the mess worse. The man in charge told me I was not under contract with them and I didn't have to keep using them; he made sure to say that a few times. I called to cancel service, sharing my frustrations with the man at the office, and he told me he hadn't received a report from the mowers on Friday because it's Monday and they don't go out again until Tuesday. From that, I gathered Jones has a poor process of mowers communicating customer complaints to the office. I told the man I was not going to pay for a messy lawn, and he insisted I should pay because work had been done. I agree that work was done, but I never requested they do the work, and the work left my yard a mess every time. I suggested I would pay them the $100 if they cleaned their mess and left my yard looking good. That didn't seem to be an option for the man, so he said I can not pay them if I think that is fair; I could tell he was getting frustrated with me.

I had these people come to my home. We have a no knock or solicitor sign clearly posted on the door. The individual named Luc Jones, decided to walk around our home and look through our front window. I contacted Castle Rock Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff. I would have rated a zero if could. And will continue to let everyone I come in contact with, that this company is unethical.

Creepy little crawlers trying to invade my home. Jones was able to come out within 48 hours to help treat the issue. They are very reasonably priced, knowledgeable about their products, and walked me through the bug treatment process. They never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, which is a huge plus. What's even better is that they're a locally owned business, and who doesn't love supporting locals!

Jones Pest Solutions is Best when it comes to Pests! I'm not typically one to opt in to service providers, but I'm so happy I decided to with Jones! It's one of those things you can't possibly appreciate until you've tried it... so nice having a nearly bug-free home and having help keeping the field mice at bay, and wasps away. And even better not having to research the right product I should use (deadly on bugs, safe for kids) for every little problem as it pops up. Jones is a family owned/run company, and they truly care about their customers well-being, and they really know their pests. The greatest thing about them, however, is their willingness to pop by outside of their scheduled visit schedule to quickly resolve flair-ups as they happen. The other day we noticed swarming ants in the garage, 3 mornings in a row, but afternoon they'd be gone... Ryan and Tyler were able to identify that they were burrowing in between the house foundation and the garage slab, moved the freezer/fridge out of the way, used my shop vac to clean it all up before treating it with the right product... set my expectations that it could take 10 days for full effect, but this morning the ants were gone. They also let me know how long to keep my family away from the treated areas to be safe. Huge thanks guys! You make living rural so much better!!!

Great company! Every employee that has come to my house to perform the pest control service has been very courteous and done a wonderful job. The company had multiple technicians call in sick one day so the owners got out and performed services so they didn’t have to cancel any appointments. Have had zero bugs in the house since hiring Jones.

I would highly recommend using Jones Pest Solutions. I called around to have our mice problem addressed, they were the only company to answer the phone right away. I received a quote from them and 2 others that called back later and they were the best price. They were very flexible with our schedule and came out very quickly. I had asked for humane traps and they were more than accommodating. On the day of service, they arrived, set up the traps and explained everything. They even sprayed for bugs around the house at no extra cost.

They have been very flexible with are schedule and when ever we have had a problem they were to fix it. Have to say that I've never used this company, so I can't vouch for the quality of their work. But I won't use them. One of their people came to my door to sell me their services, even with a "no knock" sign and "no solicitors" sign on my door. When I told him I couldn't say yes at this very moment but I'd take a business card or brochure for consideration, he started acting offended by stating (several times), "you won't call me though," "here's my number, but you won't call", "consider this free literature because you won't call." I was genuinely going to consider them (wasn't ready to commit that very second), but the snarky remarks killed it for me. I hope others have a better first-impression than I did.

I have found this company extremely difficult to communicate with. Their service was fine, until it became time for us to no longer use them. When I tried to cancel our service, I left multiple voicemails and sent emails, and month after month, we continue to get charged for a monthly pest control service. We have now moved to a new home and we are still getting charged monthly for them to service our old home. I ran into the technician a month or two ago when he came to service our home, and I told him that I had been trying to cancel. He said he wouldn’t do the service, and that he would make sure it got taken care of. Well, lo and behold, another month has passed and we have gotten charged again. The only way to deal seems to be disputing charges with the credit card company. This is ridiculous! I would strongly discourage any of my friends from signing up with this company. Unless, of course, you are ready to be committed for life!

11/11/17: Update to the below review: Tyler not only came out and cleaned off the stains, but power washed my entire front driveway and sidewalks, likely more than 1200sq ft of concrete. Tyler- thanks for making this right. I️ look forward to working with you in the future. Initial post: High pressure sales led me to try their fertilizer, weed and aeration service. I was promised satisfaction guaranteed or no charge for service. They stained my driveway and sidewalks due to not blowing fertilizer off the concrete. And the amount of fertilizer they put on lawn didn't even come close to how it looks when I put it on. Now they keep sending me bills. These pics will show the rust stains due to their sloppy work.
