I own a Bite Back Bed Bug Removal, LLC here in Denver where we treat for bed bugs but do not do any general pest control. If we ever get a call from a customer wanting to eradicate bugs other than bedbugs, or if our current customers want to do preventative sprays, we refer them all to Elite Pest Defense. They don't push unneeded contracts, don't overcharge, and we have never heard anything bug good reports from the customers we have referred to them. Moe, the owner/operator, is a veteran of the business and an outstanding human. Great company, great choice for general pest control in the metro area.

No more clover mites, thanks to Moe!!! Moe is the best!!! I recently had a problem with clover mites taking over my back yard, I called Moe and he came the next day!! When he came, he was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, and even wore booties while inside my house (so impressive, and demonstrates his attention to detail and customer care). He quickly took care of the mites, and found a few other insect issues that I didn't know I even had. He provided a thorough summary about his findings, and I'm sooooo happy to report that the mites are gone, and I can enjoy my back yard once again!! I highly recommend Moe, you won't be disappointed!

I called this company twice regarding a gnat infestation in my condo and both times Moe spoke to me over the phone for 23 minutes (a total of 46 minutes of consultation, free of charge) and offered guidance and DIY solutions while I explained my situation. He told me that spraying would be ineffective and he didn't recommend it and he told me that an inspection following discovery and removal of the source of my infestation (an old pot filled with used soil in my balcony's utility closet) would not be necessary either unless the gnats were still a problem after two weeks. Moe is extremely honest and helpful and I will use Elite Pest Defense for any future issues.

I hired EPD to take care of my mice problem. I was so impressed with this company. Moe was my Technician, he called me when he was on his way, and when he arrived I was greeted with a HUGE SMILE which was very comforting. He inspected my home, sealed off the entry ways, and gave me the option to choose the type of service I wanted (Live-vs-Dead method) based off my preference which I really appreciated. He came back for a follow up visit. I am mice-free. I honestly could write a full page about my experience. Price was very fair, and he never pushed a CONTRACT. Thank you EPD, and Moe!!!!!!!!!
