So pleased with the customer service and cleaning we recieved. My mother was being sent home from hospital to be put on hospice. After going through treatment for leukemia, she was weak and quite susceptible to germs. I wanted the very soiled and pet stained carpets cleaned before she got home. Not only was I able to get a same day appointment, but the cleaning was fast and the results were astonishing! It was beyond my expectations; and with an added spray sanitizer it was the peace of mind we needed. Thank you again!

Kevin was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took time to explain our plan of action on what he was going to bring and what he to maintain my carpet. He was able answer any question that I had. The day prior to the carpet cleaning he contacted me to give me a reminder and to also ensure the type of care that I needed for my carpet. He was very friendly and respectful to my house. He did not leave a mess inside of my house or on the outside. He also take his time to make sure that I got the best quality care for the cleaning of my carpet. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. And I do plan to use their services again.

Chem Dry has twice worked on our near-white wool carpets. First was a sizeable red-wine stain on a stair landing, and the second time was to clean two flights of stairs and a wool entry rug (which hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years). In both cases their service was easy to schedule, and highly effective in cleaning without soapy residue or overly wet carpets. Their pricing is expensive compared to do-it-yourself or bargain companies, but we are more than happy with the company’s committment to excellence in their business practices and results. Price is one thing; value is another. I used to clean carpets when a college student, so I have some experience with the industry. I will only use Chem Dry of Colorado Springs for carpets and rugs in our home.

His expert advice made it easy to decide on which option to go with and to guarantee the best possible outcome. Kevin went above and beyond in treating my carpets/cement/ and replacing carpet pad that my cat was so nice to have destroyed. The bottom line is that the carpet hasn't looked this good in years. Maybe never. The tech was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Our carpet was badly soiled and the last company to do it did a terrible job. Kevin did some extra prep work and stains that had been there for years disappeared. He took the time needed to do it right and didn't try to rush off to the next job without making sure it was as good as it could be. He even got some ink stains out that I didn't even mention. I really appreciate it. If you want it done well you need to call Chem-Dry. You won't be sorry. I'm not surprised that all the reviews are great.

Absolutely delighted with the results of Kevin's work, and was able to get him same day. This is the Chem Dry franchise I'll use from now on. The machine Chem Dry uses is miles ahead of the other services, dries quickly and leaves no soapy residue. Our dirty matted carpet really looks both clean and rejuvenated. Chem Dry may charge a bit more but you get what you pay for and we will gladly pay the extra now that we've found this dealer.

I had hydro clean come, at your service come, and another company come before i finally made the correct decision of calling Chemdry. I have 4 dogs and when i moved into my new home a year ago they had a field day. Marked everything. Then the summer heat came and ny house just wreaked of urine. One company after another with no luck. Chemdry not only eliminated the problem but the compassion and true desire to eliminate the problem instead of just getting paid is indescribable. This company is awesome! ChemDry. Drier, cleaner, healthier. Kevin Huntsman came out within a few hours of my initial call. I couldn't stand the smell anymore in our house, and more concerned about the health of our children. I looked up "urine specialist carpet cleaning" and ChemDry was the very first company to appear. He closed all the windows so he could smell what I thought was urine, and used a black light throughout our 5 bedroom house, every square inch. He took the time and energy to do a complete analysis, and determined the previous owners probably had rodents or lizards. Kevin spent about 5 hours in our house working his ass off for us. He cleaned the hell out of our carpet with several different machines and chemicals; and I have to say, I am soooooooo amazed how good our carpet looks, and smells! I feel good about going to sleep now, knowing my children are in an healthy environment again. And my Rottie is safe as well. Because I was about to kick his ass if it was him pissing all over the place. Lol! ChemDry. If you need your carpets cleaned, call them without a doubt!

Chem-Dry is by far the best cleaning service around. They cleaned our leather couches after the cats and dogs decided to have a competition on who could go to the bathroom on them the most. We thought the couches were ruined but they look and smell brand new!! They used a product named "PURT" which is a miracle product!! They also cleaned a king size mattress and the carpet on the stairs and landing which were also urine soaked. Everything looks and smells brand new due to PURT and the skilled crew. We were considering replacing the carpet, pad and possibly the plywood due to the smell. The smell is completely gone and the carpet looks brand new again. I highly recommend Chem-Dry!!

Kevin, the owner of Chem Dry of Colorado Springs, is the only carpet cleaning company/expert technician that we will use. Hands down. And we've lived in other states, so we know the difference between the carpet companies--the equipment, the knowledge & trustworthiness of the technicians. We have used Kevin for 20 years and 3 nice houses with light-toned, neutral-colored carpets. Whenever we moved-in or out, we always had Kevin clean the whole house to make the carpets pristinely-clean, fresh and look like-new again (our houses always sell very quickly too). We've also called Kevin when we've had carpet stains that we thought would need a new section of carpet pieced-in before Kevin came to rescue us--just normal life events that happen with kids, dogs, wives like me, no matter how clean you live on a daily basis! One of our "disasters" was a tough coffee/almond milk/green-colored sweetener spill that I unfortunately happened to "set" by using the internet as my guide on how to clean it up and the other was a bleach spot that turned our taupe-colored carpet to off-white. Both of these stains are now gone--I can't even tell where the stains were! Its a miracle--really--don't even bother searching anywhere else and just call Kevin with Chem Dry of Colorado Springs!!
