I have been using Beeline for a couple of years now on a quarterly basis. They have never once been late or cancelled an appointment (which is why I switched from another company to begin with), their prices are competitive, and they are always super friendly. We haven't had any problems with pests since they started. If you even suspect your are getting pests between visits, they will send someone right out. Our technician is Matt, and he is great!

Only issue that we had: The actual person that came out was respectful, but left without letting anyone know. So, we weren't sure if the spraying was done or not. I would have given 5 stars but there was a hiccup with their system scheduling the appointment for a technician who doesn't even work there anymore. So I was waiting at home and no one showed up. Had to call and we figured it out and scheduled an appointment for the next day. That technician was here pretty much on time. (Time window was 9-11am, he was here at 9:30). He did a good job spraying for bugs and spiders everywhere. I would recommend beeline pest control. They're reliable, fast and friendly. They try to resolve issues you might have as fast as possible.

I signed up for the 3 visits and because I asked to reschedule, so I could actually be at my own house when they came, it was considered a cancellation and I am now being charged an additional $30. I have 2 tiny dogs that I do not want someone going into my back yard and accidentally letting them out. I also wanted to have the inside sprayed but could not take off work to meet the bug guy that I hired. If you book this place read the fine print. Apparently they work on their schedule and not your own.

From the first call it was great. We already knew we had termites. Johnathan showed up on time for quote. The price was less than the "others" quoted and a big plus 15 year guarantee. No one else would guarantee their work or product. He told us what we needed to do to prepare for treatment. He was on time again appointment day. Very polite and informative. They were suppose to show up Thursday last week , no one came , I called they said someone would be out Friday, nothing ,Now it is Tuesday , when I called they said they would look into it and call back , it's been 5 hours and no call . I received an email, from the owner of the company, on a Sunday, in response to my request for more information about their services! An appointment was made, and the tech arrived early, explained what he was doing, and what I should expect in the days following the service call, and he told me if there were any problems before the next visit, I just needed to call and they would come out and repeat the service!! Unbelievable service, quick response, early tech visit, and the treatment works, all at a very reasonable price. And it wasn't a dream!!! I tell all my friends about Beeline, because they're truly amazing!! I have used 2 different services in the past, and neither of them could even come close to the exceptional service, and value I received with Beeline. I'll never call anyone else!!!

I read the reviews and most of the ones regarding their actual services seemed Okay so I went with them. They gentleman spent all of about 20 min telling me where he saw mouse poop and put out some traps that he assured me were safe and would get rid of the mice. I have found several poison packets Half eaten around where my kid and dogs play. Also found dead mice just laying in the middle of the floor.

I am very happy to be doing business with a locally owned & operated company. Their "technician" (Matt) showed up on timely basis, was very professional, described in detail what we needed to be concerned about, inspected both the exterior and interior of the house where we've had mouse problems and provided a reasonable solution which he described clearly. He explained why it is the most likey solution to work and what I needed to do to follow up. The only reason I've not put down 5 stars is because I'm waiting for the results. If the results are as Matt predicted, I'm all in for 5 stars.

Their technician came to my house stayed less than 20 minutes. They didn't do anything, but only placed three rodent stations with baits. You believed that they were worthy $150?

For the first time in the 20+ years we have live in this house, we saw mice in the house. First thing in the morning I called Beeline and they were able to fit us in that day. The tech was at the house just over an hour later, explained what he would do and the warranty period, did the treatment and was out within 15 minutes. Hopefully we have seen the last mouse.

Even though I had gotten the Groupon discount, they still honored their 30 day retreatment guarantee when I saw a couple spiders several weeks after the initial treatment. We called a big name company, and they came at 4:30, then refused to help, because the bees were too high. We then called Beeline at 5 p.m. A most professional, prompt and pleasant technician, Jerome, came that night by 5:30, and sprayed immediately. He quoted a fixed fee, and even though there were some complications and he had to come back three more times and work into the evening, he honored his fee quote. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of the problem without trying to sell us on an annual contract like the big name companies tried to push. I have used this company for over a year, and my son keeps getting bit by spiders!!! His school nurse just called me to pick him up as he has ANOTHER one. Their service does not work! I cant believe I have wasted so much money with them. Not to mention my last appointment I missed my son's football practice to wait for their tech, my window was 10-12 I asked them to please note that I would have to leave by 12:15 to make it to his game. They said no problem and at 11:50 the office called to say he wold be 20-30 minutes late.

I purchased a duplex property in November 2016 not knowing that it was entirely infested with bed bugs. About a week after closing on a property, I learned about a bed bug problem from tenants that were living in there. Beeline Pest control took care of the problem, and went above and beyond to help and educated me in the process, as bed bug infestation was very severe. Beeline seems to stand by their work and will come back if something isn't as expected. We were unfortunate to buy a house with a termite problem (way to go inspector!), but they've been great to deal with regarding the problem. They're coming back out at the end of May 2016, to do another treatment to handle the problem. I highly recommend them over Terminix or Orkin, these guys are just too commercial and all about up-selling services. Beeline seems interested in you as a customer and doing what's best for you. I can see this is a common thing reading their reviews online. What about all my time wasted emptying the shelves and counters?? I'm not sure what happened to the service here. Our last appointment canceled via voice mail and never returned our calls to re-book. We were still charged for the our service contract due. I sent an email response to "our next visit is due" explaining we are STILL waiting for the last quarterly visit with no response. I have NO idea when and if they are coming and I am forced to block my credit card as I know now they will charge me regardless if they show up for their visit. It was such a service and team until the summer. WHAT HAPPENED? So disappointed and confused.

I called Beeline Pest Control after the previous company I used started charging extra for everything and would not get rid of the Wasp/Hornets outside my patio. The person who was on the phone was so professional and their technician was as well. I had 100s of Wasp/Hornets in an Oak tree and with one application they were gone and the tree began thriving again. Beeline Pest Control is the best pest control service I have used in 15-years! I was pretty concerned (freaking out - a little), and it finally occurred to me that there must be some pest control (I am from South Florida - Ft. Laud. and there are huge bugs of all types, so I always had an exterminator - which allowed me to live without fear for many years) service. Initially, Beeline came out (about 1 month to 6 weeks ago,) performed their spraying service for those disgusting Miller Moths. I am phobic regarding anything larger than a fly, flying at me, especially my head. Last year was pretty bad as far as amount & duration of migration, however, my wonderful father-in-law happened to mention that this year could be worse! After the spray, it was a few weeks before we saw any (Miller Moths) and then it was 1 or 2 in a day. We live in a very large house and Beeline did warn that they may return. In the last few days, the number was increasing daily and I was, again, living in fear of that certain time of day/evening, when they seem to be most prevalent. Two days ago, one came at me, in the middle of the afternoon! as if it knew I was afraid and wanted to taunt me. I contacted Beeline, spoke to a lovely young woman whose name I just forgot. She was very professional, she seemed interested in my situation and my fear. Beeline came out either the next day or the day after that. The service was not intrusive in any way. They were thorough, polite, and ontime. In the last 2-weeks or so, just as I suspected (and Beeline warned of the possibility) we would see 1 or 2. Then, each day, (approx.) we began to see more and more. I contacted Beeline. Their policy is that if you see moths within (30) days of their spray, they will come back at no charge. Well, it was definitely over the (30) days and, again, the very nice young woman I spoke to said that: It's close enough.(words to that effect), and that they would come back at no charge! Gabriel, an employee of Beeline), arrived on time, had a very professional attitude AND seemed truly concerned about my fears, about how he could keep as many out as possible, listened to my concerns, walked around parts of the house with me so I could show him my biggest concerns, and was an absolute doll! Beeline is fortunate to have an employee such as Gabriel. I told Gabriel that I was going to call Beeline and tell them how impressed I was with his service, his demeanor, his positives attitude, his "can do" attitude, and that he went about doing his job efficiently, yet also taking the time to address my areas of my concern. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with both Beeline Pest Control (Thornton), and with Beeline's employee, Gabriel. Thank you very much for all that you did - to Beeline & to Gabriel. This is a really great company. I like to support local businesses, so rather than call one of the big chains, I searched for something owned and operated in or around Denver, and landed on these guys. The week before I moved in with my boyfriend, I made up my mind that there was no way I could sleep in his house until I had it de-spidered. I called Beeline and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me an appointment the next day and taking my credit card over the phone. I was very happy with the price I paid, too. Very reasonable. You are quoted a two hour window during which the technician will come out, and mine, Mauricio, arrived right in the middle of it and got to work promptly. The actual treatment probably took about 20 minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I was signing the final paperwork. The work is guaranteed for 30 days after the treatment, but they say to give 7-10 days for the chemicals to work, at least the ones they use for spiders. When I saw a couple of spiders in the days after 7 but before 10, I called, and the receptionist was, as always, very friendly and informative. She said to wait until I had hit the 10 day mark, and if I still saw any live spiders, to call back and they would re-treat our home. So, great price, great service, and great employees. The perfect trifecta!
