Absolute has been our pest control company for 5 years now. If we ever experience a problem after they do their initial treatment, they immediately come back out. We had a huge bee's nest inside our fireplace chimney. Their first treatment didn't get the queen, but they came right back out to follow up.

Service was prompt, the technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain the process. I appreciated the walk through where he pointed out potential entry points; half of them I would have never thought of. I was also pleased to learn of their pest shield program which is hundreds of dollars lower than my current provider and they cover bees and attic spaces which my current provider does not. Lastly I am happy that they provide a substantial warranty, which covers the treatment for 6 months. They say they will come out and correct any issues or reapply treatment, at no cost to me, if the treatment doesn’t perform to my liking. I hope I don’t have to use this, but is a comfort knowing they stand behind their work. Well done and many thanks to Kevin for doing such a great job. Go Steelers. The VERY best pest service! Reasonable yearly spraying that is good until the end of December. Absolute Pest Control has been so responsive and we've had problems. They've come out within 24 hours to take care of wasp nests in our lawn and, just recently, suited up to remove a huge next in one of our trees. Always courteous, professional, and effective.

I' ve never needed a pest control company until today when I found a large hornets nest in our tree in the front yard. Who do I call, well a leading pest control company that everyone knows, but I thought their price was too high for what I needed. I found Absolute Pest control which is local. I called at 9:30 and spoke with Kaitlin. She had Derrick out to the house before noon, on a Saturday and no more nest! And I saved money. I greatly recommend Absolute Pest Control! As soon as I called they were able to address my problem(mice getting in the house) and were able to get someone to my house very quickly. Kevin,the technician,was VERY knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing. He set all the necessary traps and showed where they could be entering the house and offered some solutions for a fairly unconventional way they may have been getting in. Thankfully they offer a solution to where our cats would not be in any danger of the traps they set. It's impossible for any pet or human to be able to get into them,which was very reassuring. Our cats started the process of getting rid of the mice,but we figured we could use some help from the pros. We're very happy that Absolute Pest did such an awesome job.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I called on June 6 and had an appointment on June 8. I was having problems with ants inside and out and bees (3 different kinds). When Kevin arrived we did a walk through the house. He observed that I might have had a mouse problem at one time. He sprayed the interior and exterior of the house, as well as, put out new mouse traps. He even removed the remains of a mouse left by the previous pest control company. He also found traps from the other company that had not been baited. I have a very large house and very tall house. He accomplished all of this within an hour and a half. Very impressed. I will continue using Absolute Pest Control.
