Chris Judd came over today to do an inspection and estimate. He was a really friendly and upbeat guy, he explained everything to me really well and was very professional. Can't wait to get rid of these dang moths!

Horrible customer service. The tech that came out said I needed dry wood treatment, I had to tell him I need subterannial treatment as well. He didn't even know what the report said. My husband and I got so frustrated we decided on paying again to get a different pest service to our home. When I said I wouldn't be using their treatment, I was basically hung up on. I think they are more dangerous than the termites. The worst!

THEY ARE LESS THAN NEGATIVE 5 STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT 1. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY CHARGE UPON CHARGE FOR SERVICE. THEY DID NOT EVEN RECHECK ALL THE INSPECTION POINT. ROBBERY. THEY WERE UNWILLING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER GOOD WILL WHEN FEES WERE COMPLAINED ABOUT.

You have to pay attention and keep an eye on them because you will be charge more than necessary I was told one price and I trust them but I find out they will keep on charging me from my checking account until I went there and I told them to stop
