I have a rather large house, with lots of foundations, and lots of column footings. I had a termite infestation. I contracted the company, and received a reply directly from the company president Jim. He came out and checked my home, told me exactly what needed to be done, when his company could perform the work, exactly how much it would be, and that the superior product that they use would last about 10 years. I even asked if they could come out once a year to "re-apply" the product...just to make sure....to my Happy Surprise, he said that was not necessary. The product is the best in the industry, and lasts many years. He came out to my home on the day of the application, to personally review with his work team: what exactly I wanted, and exactly what to do and how to do it. The team was hard working, and proficient. They really went above & beyond the call of duty. I was very satisfied with the work, the team, the superior product they used ( I thoroughly investigated it...it really is the best ), and especially Jim. Before, during and after the project he was always on top of everything. Terrific follow through too...very prompt....very knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.

My technician, Jason, is wonderful. He always notifies me the day before that he's coming out and is so thoughtful about timing because I have dogs and a baby. He let's me know when he's on his way so I can take the dogs out before he gets here and make sure the baby music is playing loud enough for her to sleep through the appointment. My gates are always left secured like they were found and as promised, the products used haven't killed any of my fish in my outdoor pond. A couple of years ago Jason called me to notify me he smelled gas near my water heater. Without his phone call I don't know when I would have figured out about our gas leak because I don't go to that side of the house that often. He went above and beyond the duties of a pest control technician. As far as getting rid of my pest problem, they are fantastic. I needed ants removed - no more ants. I had a huge wasp nest in my garage high in the rafters - bye bye wasps. The dogs had fleas - after one treatment, no more fleas. Spider webs are removed at every quarterly appointment, so I no longer look like I'm decorating for halloHall. I can't say enough great things about Pinnacle Pest Control! Now if only they had a magical potion to rid my yard of cats....

This is an awesome company please take time to read my story. Recently we purchased a home that had. It been well maintained there had been significant rodent activity in the attic. Who looks there? Anyway I found this company online and called looking for help. Within a few days Josh arrived provided a quote and arranged for service within a week. The service included removing and replacing the soiled insulation, trapping and baiting in case there was still activity and cleaning and deodorizing the attic. Prior to the work starting it was a long holiday weekend and don’t you know something was caught in a trap. I took a chance and emailed Josh not expecting a response until the next business day but Josh responded and came the next morning taking away the rodent. Then the work began the two young men who arrived, Eric and Carlos were very personable, professional and efficient not to mention they are a great team. They worked hard for two days in the hot attic and still had smiles on their faces at the end of the day. This company is awesome, they are knowledgeable, professional and have outstanding work ethics something that’s a little difficult to find these days. They are worth their weight in gold. We needed to know where the mice were entering our house. It took Ryan a few minutes to find the hole in the wall that leads outside the house. I couldn't see it because I didn't look close enough and I believed that that particular area was a solid wall. I want to thank Pinnacle for having an inspection free policy. After speaking with Sue, I signed a document for a plan to address the issue I brought up. Kevin came by and when I told him the issue, he interrupted me, and didn’t even listen to my description of the problem before he started changing the treatment plan (not the one I agreed to). I asked some questions about whether the chemicals would harm the dogs and Kevin was dismissive and insulting. I told him I was concerned about his changing the plan without being listened to, and Kevin was dismissive again. Cancelled the appointment and told him his conduct made me feel like he was altering the treatment plan without proper information. Sue called me later and convinced me to give them another chance. Said ok, “send a grown up over and I willgive you guys another chance...” since Kevin was young and his attitude seemed more a maturity issue than anything else. Instead of sending someone else, though, the general manager called me back and after I told him my main concern was that the treatment plan was being changed without listening to me, the manager proceeded to tell me about chemical treatments, and act as though my issue was about the chemicals. I LITERALLY told him AGAIN that my central concern was not being listened to before changing my treatment plan. I told him at this point that I believed the employee learned this behavior from him, as the leader of the company, since he obviously wasn’t listening to me. He AGAIN replied that all treatments were chemical, as though that was the issue I had. It was weird. UPDATE LATER TODAY: President called me and after he expressed a misunderstanding about the review. I clarified his misunderstanding (just a thing with this company, I guess - they aren't very attentive), that the issue was that people in the company want to change the treatment plan without hearing fully hearing what the issue is, which affects my confidence that the company is responding to my actual issue. At this point (out of nowhere) he attempted to refract the blame onto me, claiming that I was being unreasonable, and that he didn't want to do business with me... Ok... weird again. What does he imagine I'm being unreasonable about, since he never once could articulate my concern? But then again, I went through the reviews and this looks like what leadership in Pinnace does: they act like the want to "resolve" the issue, or "find out what is going on," but what they really want to do is put the blame on the customer. Very strange company, with a very strange way to respond to customer complains/concerns.

Would never use these guys. They actually worked on siding in the rain. Everything was wet and they closed up the wall anyway. Then had it painted. Mold will grow. When I pointed this out the Pinnacle guy acted like he didn’t know what was going on.
