Incompetent employee was sent out due to unknown pest problem. Initial observation the person concluded dust/lint/dirt. No samples taken or other measures performed. 2nd visit samples were taken and identified as 2 separate pests. Sticky traps were left behind with no follow up. Could have potentially more pests but can’t get past grade school receptionist who can’t provide information
