Had American City come and tent our house for termites a few years ago. Their crew who did the work was amazing, super friendly, knowledgable, and incredibly good at what they do. When taking down the tenting they found there was some water damage in and around where our DirectTV dish was installed. They had couple guys from the crew come out the following week to fix it and patch it up. Couldn't recommend American City enough!

I was having an ant problem at my home. The folks at American City were a pleasure to work with. In advance of their arrival they provided the "pet friendly" rules so I could plan my schedule. They arrived on time. The treatment was effective and the price was fair. Well done.

I never write reviews but I had to come in and let you all know love love love this service and my monthly technician. We were having issues with another company leaving my gate open and not cleaning up after themselves. They are always on schedule, and my tech is courteous and professional. I even have recommended them to family and my neighbors now. Thank you American City I am so much happier!! #ihatebugs

I've been using this company for several years and can honestly say they provide great service, always on time and their quotes have always been at or below the competition. All the areas under their care are pest free. An excellent company with great employees who put their customers first! As a retired local government manager my experience with this company has been exemplary from arriving on time, quick to address concerns, no issues with pests and best of all a kind, friendly person on the other line every time we call.

We had them come out to treat the exterior of our house for ants and spiders only! Mavanea shows up and finishes in less than a half hour. He was supposed to specifically remove all the spider webs from under eaves around the house. I looked around and found at least a dozen big spider webs hanging in plain view!! Had to call the manager and complain to get him back out in 2 days! He shows up and removes all the spider webs that I had to point out to him!! I complained to him that he should have done a good job first and not rushed!! He has the nerve to say "I did not rush the job"!!!! What do you think??? Terrible and horrible service that cost $165!!! Will NEVER ever use again and you should not either!!!!

Very Bad experiences with them. They messed up my plants, broke my cabinet and forgot to clear the water heater ventilation system. The Gas company would not turn on my gas due to safety. I had to call the plumber to certify the ventilation system is working before the gas can be turn on again. The ridiculous part is the plumber did not find my ventilation system is clogging or broken. American city pest would not pay for the plumber because Greg the operation manager said they did not break anything. They would not work with you to settle a disagreement. My neighbor asked me for their number to do fumigation, i told them I dont recommend American City Pest & Termite. They could have gotten a 2 grant contract, but they choose to make customer's live miserable. The clerk was not nice at all, they get angry with you when you try to reason with them (I think it's the same women the person posted before me mentioned). So think about it if you choose American city pest. If you run into issues, you are on your own.

First off, let me start by saying Rick Solorzano is the man!!!! Ive had the pleasure of working with Rick for the last 3 plus years, while I've manage many units for Wiseman Residential in West LA. Not only is Rick the epitome of professionalism, his years of experience and knowledge, keeps you at ease, and makes you feel like you were the one who actually learned his craft through out the years. He does his job perfectly and efficiently, and passes wisdom on to you, all at the same time! This not only helps you as a manager, it makes it possible for you to communicate to your tenants facts that will make everyone feel at ease during the treatment process. No matter if its a pre-inspection or he is there to service your unit or entire building, When Rick is involved, you know everything is going to be ok. Its rare in this day and age to find someone who truly cares about their job, and not just about how much they are getting paid. One of their employees had called in sick the day of my appointment, but Ricardo was able pick it up and complete my inspection. On July 13 2016 Rick was in the Mar Vista Gardens projects for routine extermination when I was asked to escort Rick and his partner. Long story short Rick was very aggressive, cocky, and wanted to fight me in front of a female tenant that became scared of Rick....all this because he didn't get things done his way! Two weeks before this Rick called me gay and made fun of me! Ever since then I've been dealing with retaliation and more retaliation. Rick lied and told my boss I was the aggressive one. It's so scary to think Rick is going in people's homes! Everyone lied including my boss! This counselor told me Rick kicked out a class full of teens just to bait the class room and it only took him 5 mins!

The technicians are very professional and offer recommendations to keep them from returning and are attentive to details. I’ve recommended them to neighbors and several have already contracted them. So far consider me an unhappy customer. We paid $185 to spray a small home inside and out mostly for ants. I have called twice and have been told that I will have to wait two weeks for them to come out and spray again. However, I still have a major ant problem. I called the office and spoke to a rude young woman that curtly told me it will be 2 weeks on Thursday. I asked to set up an appointment this week and was told "now that wouldn't be too weeks, would it?". Who talks to a customer like that? Friday could have been offered. We'll see when they finally come out next Monday to respray this place. Doubt seriously I'll pay any more money to these folks. Thumbs down!

Very rude girl over the phone. And they would never show up to do the monthly spraying.they were billing me and didn't do the job for at least 2 yrs Very unprofessional!!!! I called DEWEY instead they're way better
