Advanced IPM in Concord has provided us with excellent service! In addition to taking care of our rodent problem, they even alerted us to an unrelated issue requiring attention. The issue was outside of their scope of work, so they could have chosen not to mention it to us; however, they made the effort to alert us. We would have not discovered this issue on our own, and bringing it to our attention did not serve them in any way. This shows me they aren't only concerned with their bottom line, but that they actually care about their customers well being.
