Access Exterminator Service is an exceptional company! They sent a representative to our home within a day after our phone call. We had termites in a small area in a wood ceiling frame and did not wish to have to be told that had to fumigate the entire structure. Gary Moran, the most amazingly honest technician, showed us where the hole was how to inject this area with a product we had ordered and used on a portion of our hardwood floor which solved the termite problem immediately. We were totally amazed! Gary told us that it would only take a couple of minutes to drill the small hole and inject the solution at the cost of $225. Gary suggested that we could do it ourselves with the Termidor Foam and it worked! When we are ready to tent our home, we will definitely use this company, Access Exterminators. What a professional company with immense integrity!!!

This company is unprofessional. First they dont tell you what you need to do prior to the process. You get copies that are old and very blurry so unprofessional with a rubberband around bags. My key to my home was given to another home owner. The company had direct orders to not give my key to anyone but myself. I leave the company my phone # and they have taped my information to my front door posting my phone number in public. Spoke to one of the owners roger who was trying to make excuses for incompetence. I would not recommend this company at all. Fran knew the situation as well and still they didnt care and respect my property.

Exceptional service from Access Exterminators. I had pest control treatment and they took care of my home at the time of event and after to make sure everything is good to go. I would return to this company for any future services if needed. Roy was very nice and respectful. Items were safe and handled with care. Very happy!!
