I'm so blessed to have found Milton and Absolute Serenity based on all the positive reviews!! I have to say I knew after our first initial evaluation at my house I would be writing a 5 star review as well. My wife and I were watching TV and noticed a rat or mouse scurrying across the floor in another room. Of course we went into panic mode as we just bought our house and thought we had all loose ends tied up for rodent control. Clearly we didn't. Looking closer I noticed a few drippings in area rat (we would find out later it was) I searched the garage closer and found another area where there was a concentration of droppings. Having three small children and a Wife who's deathly afraid of rats I knew I need After looking at local companies in Long Beach it seemed like Absolute Serenity was the number to call. The next morning I called and spoke to Milton about finding out about our problem and spoke about my wife's concerns. Although he was slammed that day with no availability he made sure to make my wife feel better and FIND TIME for me. After a quick inspection he noticed the areas of concern regarding the outside of the property that needed to be tightened up. As well as telling us it was rat, not mice droppings, we were seeing. The nerves my wife had about the rats were all but gone in about 20min of speaking to him. We immediately signed up for his one month rodent program of setting traps and monitoring activity. No need to get other bids; based on others reviews of getting other bids and his ability to focus on the customer service aspect I knew he was the guy. He also gave options and showed me where I tie up the issues and areas the rats could enter the property; either he could fix or I could. Loved that he didn't hide anything and never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me. I chose to have him secure the property. Even better I had to go out of town that weekend for work but he squeezed my house on his Saturday and completed all the work. I couldn't be happier about the piece of mind he provided and the individual care he showed. Do yourself a favor, stop looking at who to call for your pest or insect needs and just call Milton. You'll be happy you did.

When I first read the reviews about Milton and his company, I thought this guy must be paying people to write positive reviews for him. Nobody could be that good. The truth is, he is THAT good. He just left my house after completing rodent treatment for some unwanted guests in my attic. I called 4 different companies to come out and give me an estimate for treatment. Milton beat them all. Not just on price, but on service, thoroughness, and honesty. It's hard to know who to trust these days, but after being disappointed with so many shady service providers that charged a lot but provided very little, Milton was an unexpected exception. You will not go wrong calling him. What I liked most: 1. A true professional with many many years of experience. He used to be a technician for one of the big guys before starting his own business. 2. He knows all the tricks for a fraction of the price. 3. Milton took his time. He was thorough and made sure the treatment he put in place was effective. 4. He charged an honest price. He’s not the cheapest but he’s far from the most expensive. What you get is over 15 years of experience. We learned quite a lot and he even threw in some on site “training.” 5. I have a few neighbors that are firefighters and they knew him and highly recommended him. I was so pleased with his demeanor, pricing, and level of service that we will be calling him to service other items. Help support honest small businesses.

Love Milton! I don't recall how I found out about him (probably Yelp), but sure glad I did. He has been killing creepy crawlies in my yard for about a year now. He goes above and beyond that which other pest control services do, such as using a long-handled brush-duster- thing to wipe away cobwebs in the eaves. He wipes around windows and other places spiders and little invaders like to sneak in. Who else does that??? He is also wonderfully polite, friendly and punctual. I have recommended him to several neighbors. His rates are also better than most. And, best of all, he is not weird like many of those guys who do this for a living.
