West covered my home since construction (2015). I also had a quarterly spray for spiders. I called to cancel the quarterly policy and they canceled all my policies. so when I noticed that I hadn't gotten a call for my yearly inspection for termites and called West they said I would have to pay for a retreat. They admitted there mistake but wanted additional money to fix THERE mistake. This company is only about getting paid and not into customer service. If i have to pay for THERE mistake it's going to be with a different company.... Do not use West....

The termite technician was a very good worker and so pleasant! He finished the treatment in a matter of hours. If it is as effective on termites as it has been on the tiny, black ants, the house should be in excellent condition.

I would not recommend this company. I have had an account with them for 17 years and recently I was doing new siding on my house and live termites were found, this company was not helpful in guiding me with the process. I didn't want to delay my contractors so I immediately called West Termite and a technician came out looked at the wall, it was not told to me at anytime that they had to see the termites in action. I was told to call them back when everything was torn out. I didn't realize that my termite policy would pay for repairs in the event of damage so I went on with the remodeling project and paid my contractors an additional fee to handle the damage. When it was brought to my attention that my termite company should be responsible for the damage and repairs I promptly called back and was told it was old damage and that they needed to see live action, I told this to my contractors who promptly took video and pictures from the wall that had not been replaced yet and saved me a bucket of live termites for West. I then called them back and was told it is all in my contract, my ignorance for not reading it line by line and understanding it. If you are looking for a company to take care of you if something comes up this company is not the one. I was a happy customer for 17 years because I didn't need anything so I would recommend you look elsewhere for a good company that will stand by you and guide you in the event of termites. I will cut my losses and look for a new company and I will ask questions before choosing my next company. I want a company that doesn't expect me to be the expert on their contract and will guide me. All of this could have been solved by simply telling me when I initially called in that there was a process that needed to be followed.

Horrible company all the way around. As a former employee, I would advise people to avoid these people. Absolutely horrible service...they let me loose inspecting people's homes....I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to be looking for. Every time I would ask for help or training, I always got a cold shoulder. Then they would preach sales...whatever you had to do to make a sale...lie about whatever being under peoples homes to make a sale...Kinda funny that alot of the employee's/owner gave reviews here to. I'm actually very glad I am no longer employed here. I sleep much better at night knowing I didn't steal someone's money for these people.

West does not communicate well it is a hassle to work with them. we tried setting up an automatic payment with them for over a year, still received a bill every time. even when calling to pay our last bill and cancel service with them completely due to lack of communication and not trusting them with our payment info, they called the next day and asked when they would be able to come out and that we still had a past due payment (all already handled). it’s been nothing but inconvenient to work with them.

After living in my newly constructed home for only 6 months, West called to schedule an appointment. I later called back to cancel the appointment because I did not think it was time for a yearly inspection (brand new house). They told me on the phone that I would not be responsible for payment and that the builder paid for this at the closing table. I thought this might be the second part of the one year treatment my builder provided - the purpose of the visit was not explained at all. I said ok and a "technician" came and performed an "inspection". What a joke that was! The tech tried to collect payment and I said that his office told me I was not responsible. Low and behold, they kept billing me for $159.50 for a sham of an "inspection". I later sold the house and they tried conning the title company into billing me for the service they originally said I was not responsible for. These people are highly incompetent and very dishonest. My realtor even found where they tried to double bill me for something else. Highly recommend finding anyone else!!

Phone number is tied to an account that is not my own. I do not use West Pest. Got a phone call and the first woman was rude after I told her I was not going to disclose my address to her. 1.) As a woman I absolutely do not need to give you my address. 2.) If my number is on file you can give the street name first to what the call is regarding. 3.) If someone does call from a friends number you shouldn't save it to their file.

Their service gave me no relief with spiders. I've called the owner (Mark) twice and he told me they were going to come back out. They pulled a no call no show and still haven't heard from them almost 2 weeks later. Adding in the fact they are very overpriced and I saw no difference after their service, I'd say go elsewhere if your looking for quality service and to get a fair price.

I would not recommend this company. I sold my home and they continue to bill my credit card on file for a home that I do not own. It has taken weeks of phone calls and they still owe me money. Every time I call their office I get a terrible attitude and very little help.

My 78 year old mother called them to spray for bugs .I have seen very little effect. Get calls for money even on Christmas eve day for a bill that's already been paid, company seems to be more about money and not about service

I very rarely take the time to review, but this company is just the WORST and I don’t want others to be scammed as we were. This company came out once to our home. It was very expensive and not effective. We had just moved to the area and I needed someone quickly. After their visit , we decided to go with another company that charged much much less. Well, I called West several times to cancel services, which they say I signed up for . . . I didn’t sign up for any future services but paid $300 just to get out of my so called “contract”. I spoke to several very rude people. . . All I wanted to do was cancel any “future” services. They keep coming to our house!! They spend 5 minutes there and then send us a bill for $158 each time! In two months time they came twice!! And they won’t let me cancel. I have never ever experienced a company like this . . . Please when looking for a bug exterminator, look elsewhere. . . Yep, they called us on Christmas Eve too to collect for a service we didn’t ask for!!! What the ???

Always had average service from them and took it for granted. They came out and sprayed for ticks. After pulling 30 ticks off my dog in one setting I had enought. After West sprayed I haven't seen one for 2 weeks.

The receptionist was very friendly, Dustin arrived on time and explained everything in detail. And because of a BIG inside ant problem he stated he guaranteed his service and would come back and retreat if needed. After 2 weeks they came back and West pest control came back, AND NO extra charge. Unlike most of the others who I had quotes from. I’ll recommend them to all my friends!
