The technician Robert Hillian was GREAT! He arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He worked fast and efficient and suggested a course of action for the infestation we are dealing with. I had issues trying to schedule. I tried three times to schedule online and no one would contact me. I had to call twice and received a higher quote amount over the phone than what was shown online for the same service. I went back online and scheduled the appointment, followed up with a phone call and the service was completed.Scheduling and followup were below par for a company of this size. I would not normally have done business with a company that I had to call so many times and follow up with to schedule service. I was persistent as there are only a few pest control companies in my area and none have proven effective at treatment.

I havent seen a technician in months now. I assume they are spraying outside the house because I get notices, both online and on my door. I have had a big turnover in technicians in the past 1-2 years, but I think thats probably normal. I have never had an issue with any of them, they have been polite and efficient. I dont see any bugs......and if I ever do, all it takes is a call to Terminex.

With each visit, they explain what they will be doing for the day and whether they need to come in the house or simply work outside and how long they think it will take. They also ask if there have been any new pest problems, so they can address it on the spot!

Nathan is our regular technician. Recently he came to talk to us about mosquito protection. He was on time, and as always, nicely dressed in his uniform. I was impressed with his honesty - that in his opinion we do not have wet mosquito breeding areas here on the sloping side of the mountain; so at this time we do not need treatment. I agreed with him. If we begin to have a problem, he said to call and he will come right away to start the process to eliminate them. Honesty like that is not very common! I must add that Terminix has done a wonderful job keeping pests away from our home for quite a few years now, as we used to have problems with scorpions and centipedes that came in from outside rocky areas that had not been eliminated by other pest control services.

They charged us for the initial visit, didn't kill anything, then when we call to tell them the wasps aren't dead, they say, sure we'll be out there and it's free... then they card my card 3 times and tell me I haven't paid them, bullsh*t, I say. I have the statements showing I paid you crooks. I also notice you like to respond to the good reviews. Here's a tip, why don't you fix what's wrong, and maybe you'll fix your review ratings. But hey, as long as you get your money, right?

Our cabin is difficult to locate, and at times your folks have had great difficulty in locating us on time. I live in Texas, and my 87 year old mother needed an exterminating company for her house in Cave Springs, Arkansas. I paid $1300 for a ninety day contract. Terminix treated once but the one treatment did not resolve the problem. They were called back before the ninety day contract was up but the technician told my 87 year old mother there was no sign of infestation. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!! THEY TOLD HER SHE COULD PAY ANOTHER $500 FOR A TREATMENT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED THE FIRST TIME. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Depending who you get some of the call center people are crazy rude and belittling. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. When it came to sprayers, the first one, did just the BARE minimal. If I have an issue I want it taken care of asap. Not yup I saw fleas, u need another appt for me to come spray. I want I saw fleas so I sprayed. I missed 2 days of work that week.

Thank you a hundred times! Simply from the very first treatment those evil roaches have cut down so dramatically I have only seen 5 live ones since our treatment on Monday! Two of those were on their backs dying! We were at the end of our rope with those stupid things and the gentleman who treated the house was simply wonderful! He was easy to talk to and ask questions, he definitely made the whole process quick and easy! We love that he explained what he was doing and gave helpful hints as to how to ensure that the process works at its best. we are excited to invite people over for the weekend without worrying about the bugs and the embarrassment that goes along with them! I have had 2 services with Terminix, and let me begin by saying that if I lived in Australia with the world’s deadliest spiders, and had the option of using Terminix a 3rd time, or beating off spiders with a stick, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review because I’d be busy beating spiders off with a stick. The first service, it rained 2 days after, virtually rendering it pointless on the exterior, and both services resulted in spiders 2 weeks later, and that’s me being generous. I bought my home new so it wasn’t because my house was deeply infested that the spiders returned easily. Moreover, I had an annoying worker continuously call me and text me saying my next service would be this day or that, when I specifically said that I would schedule it on my own if I wanted it again. That resulted in having 2 or more “missed appointments” that I never scheduled, guys calling me telling me that they are at my house ready to spray even though I wasn’t even home or had given the order to come in the first place. The only way I’d ever do business with this company again is if I got 2 free services in lieu of the 2 terrible ones I have had. Then, and only then, would I stop beating spiders off with a stick. -Cristofer Martinez Terminix, you have my number if you want to make it right

The only reason I gave an 8 was that when the technician came to the house, he really sprayed and bombed the apartment that adjoins my house. But in doing so, my house now has several areas where there are swarms of Roaches. It wasn't like that before. I feel like they just escaped my apartment I rent out and just ran to my house. I'm waiting to see how things go, and my score may change. He said he would be doing a 2-week follow-up. I will give my final score on that visit. It all depends on how the dying progress goes.

We used Terminix in the Spring because we were seeing fleas in our small shop under our deck. We keep two cats in the shop at night and knew the cats had probably brought them into the shop. We called and needed fast assistance and Termunux came quickly and our probables was quickly eliminated. I am highly allergic to the fleas and the fleas can multiply rapidly if not eliminated immediately. Thank you for your prompt response to a serious health problem.

Tech Robert never shows up on time, when he does show up doesn't do what we're paying for, and sometimes doesn't show at all and then reports that he did and we get billed for a service that we never received.. My biggest regret is calling these idiots in the first place.. Absolutely a waste of money

All of my issues are, I have to admit, because I can't talk to a local person---every communication is through a call center where I have to explain in detail what I need, which just inevitably gets lost in communication to the technician and I then have to call back in again. It would just be so simple if I could speak directly but they will not allow it. Also, I've used them for a rental property and no matter how many times I asked them to change the contact phone number to the renter's, the automated system will still call me to schedule appointments, which of course I can't do since I'm not the one in the house, and means I have to contact the renter every time and then they have to call in and endure the call center just to schedule.

I had a termite policy with Terminix and after the first two years they just quit coming. I called them an set up a appointment to get the service going again. The appointment was for 7/05 10-12. Well at 1pm I called the office and got told my appointment had been rescheduled. They showed up on 7/06 and the guy had no idea why he was there, so he just got in the car and left.

I have always relied on Terminix to protect my home from termites and have never had a problem. My local service team is always on time, and unfailingly friendly & helpful. I had an ant problem a couple of years ago and they were very responsive; ants were gone in a day. Will probably be a customer for life.

Terribly disappointed, we had a great guy that would come to the house but when I initially signed up for the year, I was told the 189.95 I pd would pay for services for the next 12 months. I just scheduled my next treatment and they told me I would have to pay an additional $129.95. for the next 3 month treatment in the same 12 months. I WOULD have never pd $189.95 for ONE TREATMENT! I NEVER HAVE! Watch their wording folks, this was all done over the phone, so I never received any paperwork!

The technician was fantastic (Tim probably deserves 4 stars). Problem is company policy is to not have or use ladders because of safety. I can understand that to a point; but that wasn't explained to me as some of the suggested services were presented to me. These services being in a 2 story abode are hindered without a ladder to do the job right. The salesman didn't stay in contact with me about what he and I had talked about thus 2 stars.
