The technician was very polite, but the price he quoted for initial treatment was not reasonable at all. This company is not for people with small residential homes on a fixed budget. Far too expensive for the service required. Do your research on what is necessary to eradicate what they find and do not just accept the pricing they quote. I have a friend in the business that I called immediately when I was told it would be 500$ for the initial treatment. I'm very thankful I did.

Called for their handyman service and had a manager come to my home to give me ideas about a small door. He came out and took measurements and said he would be back in touch in a week. THREE weeks later I called to follow up. Wanted to charge me over $500 for a small door. Poor customer service and total lack a problem solving.

McCauley comes down to El Dorado to keep up our pest control. I had a horrible infestation of german roaches and had tried everything to get rid of them. McCauley did a fantastic job and I have been roach free for years. Also, my former pest control company did not go under the house to check for termites. McCauley came and did a very thorough inspection. I highly recommend McCauley.

This is by far the worse company ever, they killed my dog. They came out and said hey we need to spray I said okay I went to take my dog for a walk. Upon coming back the young technician that came to service my house bolted to his vehicle and floored it out of my driveway running over my dog in the process, and just drove away. I’ve had sprinkles for 6 years she was the last present my wife gave to me before she died. Im devistaed with this experience and upon calling their main offer the lady on the phone laughed and told me my dog shouldn’t of been in the way and hung up on me.

McCauleys does an excellent job! We have no issues at all with pests inside our house because they treat the outside before anything has a chance to get inside. We also use them to control mosquitoes in the summer, which is great, because we can enjoy our backyard all summer.

Great people to deal with from the receptionist to the techniciant. First time customer, they arranged for technician to call two days later. He was very on time and professional from all aspects. Carried out the work in a timely efficient manner. Will Definately be using this company again.

Worst experience I've ever dealt with in customer service... I had a lousy young man come out to my house I just moved in. While inspecting my house all I heard was rude comments like " I hate my job and this company sucks!". I ended up showing the man parts of my house and he rudely first started with a smart comment " you got bed bugs for sure alright, and it looks like they're into your clothes too"( while laughing). I asked if he would spary and I would leave him to do his job while I go to the store. Upon arrival back from the store I walked up to the front door that had a note on it stating "dear bugs, please remove yourself from the vicinity in an orderly fashion. Please don't force us to squash you. Sincerely Mcualey services". NO WORK WAS DONE!!!

I live in apartments, and this is by far the best pest control service I've ever seen! Melissa was super informative, friendly and professional. She went above and beyond her basic job description in my opinion. She pulled out my fridge, pulled back stripping and sprayed places I've never seen others spray. She also gave me very valuable information to prevent future infestations. She's truly an asset to your company!

Purchased a '90-day plan' with these guys, due to a pretty terrible German roach infestation. Within a month, all of the roaches are gone. We have been dealing with these insects for over 2 years, and McCauley managed to get rid of them in just 30 days - absolutely incredible!
