These guys have had a year and a half to get rid of the roaches at Oak Lane apartments and still have not done it. They come monthly and may or may not spray or bait the apartments. depending on the person who comes out. Their biggest bug defense are glue traps. I wouldn't recommend these guys to get rid of a croaking fly with one wing.

This company is a LIFE SAVER!! We had bugs...and now we don't. Ray came and sprayed for us. He was very thorough and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. He was very polite and friendly. I'm not sure if there's a better Pest Control company other than Extermco. I don't know if they know it, but Chuck is really an amazing and responsible technician for us. Once a month, he comes by our house and exterminates all ants, spiders, rats, and checks for termites as well. My house stays pest free every month thanks to the services of Chuck at Extermco. The monthly fee is reasonable, but they worked it out with me when I felt it was a bit too expensive. Chuck is a really experienced technician and sets traps around our property to keep the pests out. I'm really grateful to him for taking care of my house, making sure I can live comfortably in my property and keeping the vile disgusting creatures out. I have recommended them to co-workers and seems they have good experiences as well.

I am an elderly woman living alone on a fixed income. I called today to set an appointment for a termite inspection and estimate. Justin came the very same day at the exact time he said he would be here. He was such a gentleman and did a very thorough inside inspection (thankfully, no termites!). I'm a chatty person so I was telling him about my situation and he gave me wonderful advice and encouragement and was so patient with me. His plan that he offered me was extremely encouraging to me. I was going to get other estimates, but Justin and Extremco are "my people" from this point forward! I most highly recommend Justin and the company!!

Extermco had the termite policy on our house when we bought it. I met Justin Shoup when he was by to check on one of the services. He has never done any advertising and has never given me a list of their services. However, if I asked about a creepy crawly thing I thought might be something the did, he was able to answer with the appropriate solution. When I told him we had spiders, he used sticky traps to find what kind they were, not wanting to kill desirable spiders. Unfortunately, a lot of them were Brown Recluse spiders and he agreed they needed to not be here. Instead of fumigating the place or applying chemicals with a fire hose, as I might have done, he said we should cut off their food supply by spraying the perimeter of the house and keeping insects from coming in. A few months after the perimeter treatment, we didn't have bugs in the house and still don't. The spiders are about down to none and the sticky trips aren't collecting anything. Justin's nomination for sainthood came from my wife, Madame Mosquito Magnet. She has been miserable every summer all her life. I asked him about a mosquito service I had seen advertised and he said he provides a similar service. He and I walked the yard and he showed me where they would breed and admitted that mosquitoes could still come in from neighbors' yards or a large field behind us. After that, I wasn't sure he stood a chance of being successful. Within three days of the treatment, there were no mosquitoes. Zero. My wife had one bite the rest of the year and she got it in my car, just after I had returned from another area. I didn't get bitten by the mosquito presumably riding in the car with me over 100 miles and she got bit three blocks from the house. This was not a good time. Justin and his company can't perform miracles, though in the case of the mosquitoes, my wife might say it's close enough. He is scrupulously honest and has not made promises beyond that they will do their best. They do their thinking before they apply chemicals and frankly I was skeptical when I saw how little they were applying the first time or two I watched. They always give me a deadline and say if it isn't cured by this day, call them back. They have been successful every time so far. Justin has already done one mosquito fogging treatment this year and my wife hasn't been bitten so far. If you use the company, I hope your results are as good.
