Elkins has serviced two of my homes in central Arkansas for a decade. They are competitive with pricing, prompt with service, and friendly. I will use them again when my termite contract for my new home is due.

I couldn't even get their exterminator to give me a call. I was told he would come out by the end of the day and that he would call when he was on his way. The end of the day came and went and no one called or came. I left three messages with their answering service and was told they couldn't do anything but "pass the messages along. I would've given them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Truly terrible.
