When we purchased our home, Delta was chosen to do the termite, which they did, price was the norm. The guy they sent out put that there was Mold all under the crawlspace in which my inspector and appraiser completely disagreed. Needless to say, we had to find a new lender b/c the word Mold appeared in the report even though it wasn't from a qualified Mold expert, so I decided to switch companies. Then when the new company came out, we discover that none of the porch slabs were drilled and treated as required, so I am going to have them do it and make sure it is all done correctly. would not recommend this company.
