Had to go into their office for some paperwork. They're very nice and helpful. It's a laid back office environment. I've had them for years doing my pest control and termite inspections and I couldn't be happier with their service and courteousness.

Was told we have to have treatment whether termites or not, and that we would have to tear out wooden shelving in the walk-under storage spaces and that because there’s other wood stored, we’d have to haul everything out of both, then it would probably cost upwards of $2,000 for treatment, even if there were no termites. Told him I’d always understood there was no treatment required if no sign of termites. He said that was wrong and since it had been so long since we did business with your company, we had to have a treatment. We’re in our late 60’s. We’d have to hire and pay someone to do that. Then pay for the treatment too. I googled it and every source said that treatment is NOT required unless termites were found. And HomeAdvisor put the average cost of an inspection in Arkansas between $100 and $280. Felt he didn’t want to do the job and was trying to gouge us because we hadn’t continued business with you.

Complete disregard for Equal Employment Opportunity Commision's rules and guidelines. This is a great family company. Service is above and beyond. They have always been thorough and prompt, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The technicians I have had over the years have become friends. You can trust them in your home. They are friendly and will educate you on all of your issues. I have had a termite and pest control contract with them for years and have not once been disappointed.
