This company may give great service but the owners do not run their business with ethics and morals. They let go their top salesman when he’s fighting stage 3 cancer! I have read all of these reviews and happy customers rave about their experience with Anthony! I’m saddened to see a business in hot springs treat people in such a way as this and we will tell everyone about what this company has done. To your response...yes Anthony does have stage 3 cancer...he starts chemo on Jan 12th...you might want to get your facts straight! And to add to your response as well...I do know what the reasons were that you let him go and no they weren’t warranted! This company is not Christian based likey they claim to be...they are lieing about a man not having cancer! Pitiful!

It's hard to find any business today who keeps the good balance of courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional...but I found it in Advanced Pest Control. I had huge red wasp nests in my attic that the a.c. and heat company men couldn't get rid of with 4 bug bombs and told me to contact an exterminator. They were on time, sprayed, took down the nests and took pictures to assure me that the job was done right. I have no record of service to her residence at all on our records. What she is mentioning is invalid and untrue of our company. My dad lives on the lake, and was having a problem with rats getting into his basement. They had eaten styrofoam insulation and torn down fiberglass insulation, even getting into the walls. I called Advanced Pest Control. They sent a technician out. He (Michael) sealed all access points (even on the roof) and set traps, checking them at least 4 times over the next 2 weeks. They also called several times to make sure everything was okay. My dad and I were very pleased with the service Advanced provided!

We chose Advanced based on a friend's recommendation and our personal assessment by Anthony. And they gave us a competitive quote that beat that of American. We chose both the Termite Protection and Pest control. On the day of our application, Daniel, Jon, and Anthony came to apply the Termite killer. And to my surprise, the owner also showed up to supervise the application. They even carried out some discarded lumber from my crawl space that was considered termite "bait", and hauled it away for me!!! What a great company and very hard working and courteous employees!!! Their prices may not be the cheapest, but you get what you PAY for, and they are very competitive. They use the BEST chemicals, and that is important. Very pleased with our choice of Advanced Pest Control!!!!

I wish I had found Advanced Pest Control years ago! We’d been having our home treated for pests on a quarterly schedule for years with another company but the bug problem got progressively worse! We kept getting promises that a solution would be found but the other company was never able to get rid of the pests. I called Advanced Pest Control and, after 1 treatment, no more bugs! We are on a regular schedule with Advanced and there is no longer an issue with pests. Their technicians are very prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional.
