Our technician was named Fred and was very courteous and thorough. He showed me that there had been some activity in our rat traps and refilled them with bait. He also cleaned up the spider webs. I asked him not to spray this time, as we want to use pesticides and other chemicals responsibly, only when necessary, and he respected my wishes.

My daughter has used Moxie Pest Control since she bought her house. Every 3 months someone comes and sprays but we are usually not home. Derek came Saturday and he asked me if there were any problems that we had noticed, he explained what he would be doing and said he would check with me before leaving. I asked him to also spray the interior of the garage which he did and he even put several of the sticky traps in there. Derek was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about his job. He checked with me when he finished and made sure I didn't have any concerns.

I’m very pleased with Moxie’s Pest Control service. Their prices are very reasonable and the technicians are very courteous in performing their functions. Not only do they treat the perimeter of the house but they will also treat at no extra charge the inside of the house If you notice any critters activity in this area. They also remove spider webs around windows and ceilings as required. I would recommend Moxie’s pest control service to a friend.

Very poor service. Had more pests than before while using them. They sprayed twice in a forty five day period. When called in to complain we were told that the first two time spraying was to just flush them out. Poor game on their behalf. Charged $190 early cancellation fee. Would not recommend.

After finding a Black Widow in my garage, I wasn't taking any chances and called Moxie. I did find them to be on the expensive side, but they have been so easy to work with and they didn't try to oversell me on a package that I didn't need. Parker was my technician and he was very patient and explained each step of the process including explaining the spray and the powder used. He also laid a bunch of sticky pads in my garage to see if we catch anything post spray number 1. That gives me some extra piece of mind. Thank you!

Parker our Technician was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He entered our home with covers on his boots, which was surprising and most appreciated. Pest control companies we have had in the past did not do this and really should. He was really quiet, my dogs barely barked while he was going all around the home treating it. Each employee we have encountered so far has been professional, polite and honest. We are really happy with signing up with Moxie for our past needs. They've cemented the decision in doing so by their great surface and product.

Giving one star because the people they send out to AGGRESSIVELY try and sell you services. I have a “No Soliciting” sign on my door and also a sign that boldly says “Sleeping baby, do NOT ring bell” Well this dude ignored it and rang my doorbell twice. When I answered and told him he had woken my child he ignored me and went on a sales pitch. I tried to tell him I wasn’t interested but he cut me off to try to tell me my neighbor “Jacob” used them for years. That’s not the name of any of my neighbors. I had to slam the door in his face. I thought at first he was someone casing the houses to rob until I looked up the company and realized it was an actual business. It’s super uncool and honestly creepy to have people who act like that going to peoples houses to sell them stuff. Safe to say I won’t use this company. Don’t exactly want that kind of dude in my house.

Everyone needs pest control in AZ, that’s a given. But finding a great company with super friendly, clean cut representatives is what sets Moxie Pest Control apart. Sam Harrison is amazing! As soon as I opened the door, I felt he was trust-worthy and safe. One thing that I really appreciated was that he took his shoes off every time he came inside my home. Reid Bentley came out the next day and sprayed. He didn’t make me feel weird for not wanting any spraying done in my home and assured me he could take care of the bug (sugar ants) problem from the outside. He was so friendly and trustworthy that it didn’t feel awkward having him in and around my home. He had a crew of trainees following him around. He was doing an excellent job explaining to them how to ha doe approaching a house and exactly what spraying entails. Reid and Sam make getting pest control spray a great experience. I’m definitely glad I signed up for the year and I can rest knowing that the ants are gone along with any other little critter that tried to cross my threshold!

We do not have service with Moxie. Someone came to our home today, knocked however my wife was not able to get to the door quickly. The individual decided it was okay (without permission) to enter my backyard, and do what he wanted. Again, let me reiterate that we do not use Moxie pest control. The employee had the wrong house. He neglected to confirm the address, nor allow enough time for my wife to answer the door. Thank god neither my dogs were in backyard or that I was home. If someone illegally enters my property, I would have confronted them and protected my Family. My wife got his attention and told him we did not use Moxie services, he questioned my wife's integrity by asking if she was sure. Not only did he have the incorrect house, he had the audacity to think my wife wasn't sure if we had his companies services?!?!. Turns out he was supposed to service my neighbors home. The individual after realizing his mistake didn't even take the time to apologize to my wife. Moxie, do you train your staff to confirm the address before entering a property? Do you train your staff to question the knowledge of a customer or potential customer? Do you acknowledge and own up to mistakes? While the rep on the line I called apologized, I requested to speak with someone in charge. I await the call.

Not impressed by the service. Came to put traps around the house and glue traps too. Nothing different to what I was already doing. Only difference is that their traps are "more sophisticated" . Not worth the amount of money they charge. I told them that I had seen one mice underneath the stove, and prior to their arrival I had seen a little hole and I covered it with grout. The technician didnt even move the stove to check if I had done a good job. He said they dont really seal any holes, that I had to go to home depot to buy the material (and cover them my self, I assume)

Was offered service with no start up fee. What the sales person (intentionally) forgot to mention in his fast talking spiel, was that if I cancelled service before the end of 1 year service agreement, then I would be penalized/charged for the full start up fee. My fault for not reading the fine print before signing the dotted line! When the office called to schedule my first service, I was advised that and if I cancelled before the 1 year period, then I would be charged for the start up fee. The sales person also lied to me; said my neighbors had given my name to him as a potential customer. When I talked with my neighbors, they didn't have a clue - and were not Moxie customers! Decided to cancel service after 1 year because of the less than desirable sales tactics. Interestingly enough I received a follow up telephone call with an offer of another "deal" for less money and when I declined, sales person advised that if I wanted to come back then I would have to pay the full start up fee. What part of "very competitive business" does Moxie not undertand. There are MANY very reputable pest control companines in the Tucson area who do not charge a start up fee or try to lock their customers in to a 1 year service agreement.

Moxie’s technicians are high quality and very personable people. Joel has been especially upbeat and detail oriented with our concerns. Unfortunately after multiple treatments we still manage to have a scorpion problem. Moxie has been responsive but it’s unsettling that these bugs keep popping up unexpectedly. I am hoping they can get a handle on this concern soon!
