I had an appointment for 6:00 a.m on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 for a wasp problem. Although Jesse was late, he did show up around 6:20 a.m. after I called. He found a yellow jacket hive on top of another hive, knocked those down and sprayed. However, I am still having wasps come into my bedroom from places unknown. I paid $125.00 to this company so I called them back to see if they could come out and check again. The young lady on the phone replied, "Oh no. We don't guarantee flying insects. But Jesse will call you back...he is out in the field now. Well.....Jesse never called back and we are out $125.00 with no solution to our original problem!!!!
